We had a room with balcony and sea view which was excellent. Breakfast was very good, cooked items could sometimes have been a little better ( compared with previous visit in 2024), and the same goes for the dinner on a few occasions. But overall the standard is high. Staff all friendly, professional and helpful. A lift would be helpful

Lovely hotel. Room was absolutely boiling so I’m glad I bought a fan. Breakfast was delicious. Room a little small for 2 people and I didn’t like the adjoining door that opened out onto the corridor.

We have been going to Luccombe Hall Hotel for over 2 years, the gardens are stunning ,and our room we like to have is with garden and outside hottub ,a place to relax and unwind. The indoor pool is beautiful, and breakfast one to die for . The peaceful surrounding with little shops is great .And plenty of places to see , have lunch and cool beer.
Staff are great very helpful and very friendly ,we love it there.

My room was well presented and had everything i could need for my stay. Even down to small bottles of milk and choc biscuits in a fridge.
The room was straightened every day and restocked.
There was a wide choice of food at breakfast and hot breakfasts were freshly cooked. The evening meal choices were varied, good value and very tasty!
Leisure facilities again were great.
Most importantly the staff were very attentive and nothing was any trouble.

We had a lovely stay at the Luccombe Hall hotel and enjoyed all the amenities it offers. The staff are brilliant - friendly and helpful at all times. Service was exemplary. The views are stunning and the gardens are well kept and pristine. We'll be returning!

Wow! What can I say? This place is one of the best hotels I have ever ever been too. Accommodation was perfect, Food and service was perfect. I cannot find one fault or issue. The views and the garden is absolutely stunning. The staff are very polite and the owner was very welcoming, lovely guitarist Oliver played in the garden amazing voice and guitarist! We had a lovely relaxing stay at Luccombe Hall, the staff are extremely welcoming and efficient. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and you get a nice quiet environment, so should sleep well. The hotel gardens are very well tended and a super place to relax with a cool glass of something nice. It is a short walk into Shanklin and to the Chine. We found breakfasts good but did not to eat in the hotel in the evenings preferring to try different restaurants. All in all a good choice.

I had the most wonderful stay here, what a warm, welcoming placeThe staff are kind and accommodating. Enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing afternoon by the pool, with the beautiful sea views and wonderful lunch. I think this hotel is my new favorite place to stay.
