Nice room which got cleaned everyday

Very clean room with lots of space. Dinner was absolutely superb. All three courses, worth staying at the hotel. Breakfast was very average the next morning which was disappointing especially after the night before. I had poached eggs and the yolk was almost hard and the sourdough dry without butter. The young lady serving was attentive and very polite.

We booked the hotel because it had EV charging stations. We were not able to use these facilities despite help from staff and others as the charging stations required a serial number to work. This number is not available on the charging stations. This would not make us consider booking again.

We had a 3 course mel which was worthy of a michelin star restaurant, with the cost being more than reasonable, the only issue was the toilet systen ran all the time which kept me awake, the room was clean and a good size, tea and coffee facilities onsite all good

Room was clean and OK. Breakfast was really good. Did not bother with evening meal as the price was high and the selection was not what i wanted.

A strange hotel experience. I stay in hotel ma a couple of times a week for work, and this just was not on par. Unclear reception area - and actually you find yourself at the bottoms of the stairs in a cluttered area of storage with a desk - no one to greet and I had to look around to find someone. Not a friendly check in experience, and had mixed messages around being able to have food delivered when I was unsure whether I was eating in the restaurant (I arrived circa 6 and was told chef likely to be going home soon!). Room was clean, but layout was odd, and no easy access to plugs for charging phone/laptop. No desk to work from, as cluttered with TV and kettle etc. Noise from the restaurant was not satisfactory - loud music filtered up (they give ear buds!). Turned off around 11 - finally some peace. When checking out at 9am the doors were locked, with a sign telling me to go back upstairs (carrying my case that I had already taken downstairs), and back down some small stairs to a different exit. For the price I paid for the room, it was over priced from an amenities and service perspective

Great food, friendly staff. And only 5 minute walk to Mallory Park Race Circuit.

The chef played dance music most of the day when we arrived and we had to ask for it to be turned down

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and friendly staff

The room was small a very cold on arrival. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable, the bed linen not crisp mainly because poly cotton, towels not fresh smelling and shower not user friendly, took 5 mins to anything reassembling warm temperature and flow/temperature inconsistent. During the course of the night and early morning I was disturbed by staff occupying the accommodation above. All in all an experience I would not recommend. Very disappointed as their website gave a very different impression. I feel robbed!!!!!

Wi-Fi not available in my room to take work meetings during the day, so I had to sit in my car to take them. Not ideal.

An excellent place to stay with friendly and helpful service. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the region

Great communication,the room was lovely with nice touches. Good TV great hot tub and shower (could do with controls displayed how it works) lovely comfy bed and pillows .nicest place I have stayed in,in some time. Missed dinner cut off at 5 pm so can't comment on that and was unsure about the breakfast basket as got confused had email saying no breakfast then another saying book night before for breakfast. But all other Comms let me know exactly what I was doing. I recommend this hotel.

Lovely and comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Attractive outside space, beautiful furnishings inside. Delicious high quality food. Perfect.

Really enjoy our stay at Mallories! A few minutes walk to Mallory Park. Food was fantastic, top chef!

Not a place to get a good night sleep Staff friendly

The shower was tepid and there were no hooks to put towels or clothing on in the bathroom
