Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back

The venue is looking very tired and needs remedial work shelf hanging off, toilet holders removed as broken, TV difficult to use limited channels non terrestrial basic channels, milk sugar no coffee. Bed uncomfortable and seen better days and front Flat door difficult to lock

Absolutely appalling conditions - no towels, no toilet paper, heating on full blast when i arrived.... I even received a call from someone from Manhattan Luxury Suites, demanding I pay a £100 deposit into his account, which my bank has since flagged up as spam. The actual apartment is in bad condition, unlike the lovely pictures on the hotels.com website. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Shocking apartment! Where do I start? Tv in the bedroom would not connect to the WiFi, awful smell and useless staff. After numerous call’s back and forth with a member of staff, being robbed of and even told to go buy some data from the shop! Absolute joke. The WiFi would not connect to the tv.

The apartment is as you would expect for the price, plenty of space comfy sofas to relax, however lacks quality and comfort. Bed could do with being foam rather then spring. Easy checking in and out procedure, however could do with abit more of a homely touch felt too much like a HMO. If you face onto the back of the street there is a karaoke night which runs up to 1amishhh which is out of the owners control.

I am really not sure why you charge £100 for a damaged deposit when the room is already damaged. Marks on the walls, out of use lights, broken wardrobe, cupboards that don’t shut properly, no coffee as show on the images, mould in the bath, loose wiring and damp on the roof. Smoke alarm removed from the roof???? Please see the attachment for the images. I also do not understand why you have quite hours as our room was next to a pub that played loud music till 4am. So paying customers are supposed to be quiet when they can’t even sleep because of the noise? When we finally did get to sleep, we were rudely awoken by an intruder, screaming and banging on the apartment doors. Making me feel extremely unsafe as this is supposed to be a secure building. On his departure he set off the fire alarm. After 10 minutes of it going off I called the same unhappy man who said he’d sort it. This alarm went on till 9am, until I had to be sent instructions on how to turn it off.

the stay was really not good very noisey bathroom smelled dirty covers duver bed was smelly and i just kept itching wont recomend it

Guy wouldn’t give me the code to enter the building without sending scanned driving licence which I didn’t have access to and refused to give me my money back so had to book another hotel anyway Lied about having parking never again!

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!! I chose this apartment for my 6th wedding anniversary and wish I never did. The pictures do not show all the problems the apartment has. Make sure you DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!! The apartment is located on a paved street in the city center. There is no parking. You'll have to leave your car at the bottom of an uphill street. You will be greeted with dogs that are not on leashes, numerous homeless people, and awful singing echoing on the street by amplifiers. We could overlook all that and the wobbly small tables in the living area we left in a corner to not risk our 100 GBP deposit, the unusable TVs, being told to go to Poundland to get batteries for the 2 remotes as there weren't any, having to repair the toilet seat while also being compensated £20 for the inconvenience. The despicable state of what is being touted as luxury on this site is alarming. The jacuzzi didn't work so is in fact a bath. The heated towel rack didn't work. The extractor fan over the hobs has no on switch, and no lights so it doesn't work. The floors feel greasy and leave your feet gray, a number of tripping hazards. It seemed that there weren't any working smoke detectors. They must have been removed by people unable to cook without setting them off and not added back. The single glazing in the heart of the city doesn't seem problematic until you realize that there is a karaoke bar that happens to stay open until around 1 a.m. on Saturday. We have pictures to back us.

The bedding was old and it smelled of toilet bleach. My body smelled of it afterwards. I'm not sure if was properly washed. The duvet had lots of holes. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was ok. Definitely wouldn't describe the place as "luxury" in any capacity.

Lovely room very clean comfortable bed, no issues at all would recommend would book again.

I stayed in apartment 1, I loved the decor the spacious room with kitchen very nice, bathroom twin shower heads, music screen in shower although I couldn't get it to work but that didn't matter, bedroom was nice with rather large television 👍 again nice decor, comfy bed, the whole apartment was very clean, which is thanks to Iris who I met in the way out who cleans the apartments and kindly helped me with my bags, I would stay here again 🙂🙂

Pro - Really nice place to stay and well decorated. In the town centre of Bradford. Close to a lot of places. Clean. Con - tv in bathroom was not working. A few hairs. Next to a pub or a bar and could hear the noise from there but not really the owners fault. One of the windows does not have a blind to it so I’m sure anyone could be looking inside the property from the opposite building But I would stay again
