Rooms very comfortable and clean. Location is great, only a short walk to Plymouth Hoe. Off street parking close by was reasonably priced at 4 pound overnight. Breakfast was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was in Plymouth again.

La struttura è comoda perché vicino al centro di Penzance. La camera ampia ma necessita insieme al bagno una sistemata e rinfrescata. La colazione non mi è piaciuta. Il locale colazione presenta un tavolo unico non sufficiente per tutte le persone e manca di attenzione ai prodotti usati (pane con muffa).

Host was absolutely lovely and great at accommodating my later check- in. The place was nice and clean, and it was great that there was a continental breakfast included in the price. would definitely stay again if in the area.

Olive the owner was fantastic. Cooking our breakfast freah to order each day. The continental section was excellent as well. Room was very clean with plenty of tea & coffee on hand. A large fan was even supplied to cool us down at night.
Great location a short walk to the sea front. Will definitely stay again.

Die Dame des Hauses war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer leider recht alt und abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war okay. Leider war unser Zimmer unter der Treppe, so dass man die anderen Gäste recht laut hörte. Die Lage war praktisch. Für eine Nacht okay.

The area, the room, the owner, the atmosphere- everything was just perfect! We slept super well and enjoyed a good breakfast while chatting with other visitors and the owner. There are great restaurants nearby and if you arrive or leave by ferry, the guest house is just 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal.
We warmly recommend staying here!

Property is only a block from the waterfront. Our room was upstairs (no lifts). Parking is off site but right around the corner. Olive is so sweet and accommodating. We had the best breakfast at a big dining table that we shared with others from around the world. Great conversation and stay.

I had a comfortable stay overnight. Room was small but had own en-suite facilities. Room was clean.
Hosts were very welcoming, friendly.
My only concern was breakfast finished, too early imo, at 9am.
