My room was spotless ,staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, bed was a dream,meals were perfection,breakfast was of the highest quality,it was christmas party time so extremely busy but that did not take away from the service of staff ,well done to all the staff amazing

Excellent service from all the staff and the food is amazing with good quality ingredients.

The food was to die for, more than you could eat.
Well worth a visit if it was only the food. You have to book a table, it gets busy.

Kind, courteous staff. Very knowledgeable about the hotel and local area.
Comfy, clean rooms and a super comfy bed.
Hot, powerful shower with plenty of towels provided.
2x small bottles of water in the room was a lovely tiuch.

The room, the bed, the bathroom and the breakfast were all good or very good. Car parking included. Staff pleasant and helpful. Easy walk into the centre of Yeovil. The only negative was that the hotel is on a fairly busy road, so you are aware of traffic noise

Disappointed with my overall stay, the room was very dusty and felt unclean and unkept, the facilities were basic and also unclean, the kettle had also seen better days. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful, I would not recommend this hotel,

Room was comfortable & clean, although a little noisy as it faced our over the front beer garden.
The windows are not modern double glazing so even with the windows shut the pub's music was still clearly audible as the speaker sounded like it was just below the window.
Despite this I'm a returning customer as the pub is nice, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

The Staff were very welcoming as soon as we arrived. The waitress at breakfast was lovely and the housekeeper was very helpful. The Hotel and room was very clean. All round an excellent place to stay.
