On the positive side, great location, and views of the city (we were on the 21st floor). The room was small but well designed and perfect for our needs with all the stuff you need like a shower and WiFi and plenty of towels, and nothing you don’t (tv). Unfortunately the place was dirty when we got there and didn’t get any better through our three night stay - it wasn’t cleaned once, despite me mentioning it to staff on the first night (and being fobbed off). There was dirt and hair just pushed into the corners of the room, dust everywhere and the communal kitchen had an overflowing, stinking bin. The mattress was terrible - threadbare and several years past it’s best and in no way fitting for any place where people are paying to stay. You could feel the springs digging into you. You expect this level of hospitality from a hostel but not for £80(!) a night. It’s funny that in reception there are photos of all the management staff smiling away - I wouldn’t want my picture up if I ran a place that badly!

We had a one night stay at the pop up and it was a no frills stay and okay for one evening. The sheets were clean but it would surprise me if a Hoover has passed over the floor in the last week. Mirror was all smeared and it was noisy. But did the job for one night.

Was clean and tidy, doesn't say it has no TV in room.

For the price it was exactly as expected. It's the unused student dorms so don't expect luxury, these are just the rooms, you get towels and bedding but that's it. They were clean and that's all that really mattered was there for 3 nights and only really in the room to sleep so was ideal for me. Would definitely use again.

Extremely dirty room.. so much visible dust and dust balls on the floor, hair in the bed and two used towels, no toilet roll and the walls smelt of urine. Uncomfortable bed with paperlike pillows. Can’t believe how useless the cleaners are if there are any at all. Rude staff with no follow up, no care. Really noisy and you can hear the convos of other rooms. Only good thing was decent WiFi.

We rented two rooms. Both were dirty with chocolate stains and lipstick on the surfaces, toilet not cleaned and sheets had been used before. There were hairs inside the beds and the floors were dirty with nail clippings. Absolutely not what the reviews stated. We have asked for our money back, but we have not even received any communication from them.

Disappointing. The 'double bed' advertised turned out to be a3/4 bed (at best). No towels were provided. Couldn't find anyone on check out so left room key on the reception desk, only to be phoned later claiming I hadn't returned the key. Poor. I won't be staying there again.

這不是一間飯店 只是一間學生公寓 所以房間裡沒有衛生紙 也沒有吹風機 飯店就在火車鐵軌旁 所以非常吵 早上五點被火車吵醒 房間也非常不乾淨 第一次進房時根本沒有打掃 第二次雖然打掃了 但地上還是有很多頭髮和灰塵 廁所內還有上一個房客留下來的用品跟垃圾 有些服務人員態度不太好 感覺不耐煩且不願意幫忙

Very bad place I never stay in bad place like this staff very rude and the hotel smell very bad to much noise not clean. Fake photo in the hotel website. I advise all not to stay in this place. I stay 2 days without door locks and they won’t help. Rubbish rubbish

I paid £62 a night as I booked in advance. For £62 it was ridiculous. No TV and a very small box room. It's more student accommodation than a hotel but this is not advertised on the website. I've also seen the same room available for £28. £28 would be reasonable for what I stayed in and nothing more.

Cheap & cheerful! Basic room but much more spacious than we expected and plenty of storage. The views from the 16th floor were fantastic! The bed was a little small for us as a couple but as we only stayed one night, it was fine

It's not a hotel, it's some rooms carved out of a student housing facility. Given that, it's okay. The room was clean and functional. However, there are zero amenities and there isn't even staff there 24 hours. It's about like being in a very spartan Airbnb. As long as that works, it's fine. It's a great location right by the train station.

I liked the games room on the 19th floor we had a family gettogether and it was a bit of fun I think maybe a couple of hangars in the wardrobe would have been handy. Very nice facilities foe students!

Havoc rooms clean great on a low budget

Handy for location and absolutely fine in terms of cleanliness etc, but it is student accommodation that is being let out for the summer which wasn’t made clear on the website. No TV, tea/coffee or toiletries in room.
