Easy check in, very clean, spacious, everything you need. Decor a bit tired, dented bins, kitchen cabinets a bit wonky etc, but for the price and location I’d definitely stay again.

Great location, really cosy and warm. All the amenities were in excellent condition and the apartment was spotless. I had a lovely stay, would totally recommend.

Tetamu yang merancang untuk tiba di luar waktu daftar masuk akan menerima e-mel dalam masa 24 jam sebelum ketibaan yang mengandungi arahan daftar masuk dan maklumat pengambilan kunci. Tetamu boleh mengakses penginapan mereka menerusi pintu masuk persendirian. Untuk apa-apa soalan, sila hubungi hartanah menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan. Daftar masuk tersedia dari jam 09:00 - 21:00, Isnin–Jumaat, jam 10:00 - 19:00, Sabtu serta jam 11:00- 17:00, Ahad dan hari cuti bank. The property was in a great location but above a busy area with restaurants and outside bar area so very noisy in the evening and in one bedroom and living area, the other bedroom had all the ventilation shafts for the restaurants outside so there was constant noise all night from them. Check in was really bad. 4 buildings all close by with should be labelled clearer. We got sent an email which didn’t come through until we were in the flat so only had a screen shot of basic instructions sent on WhatsApp, a map of the area with our building marked and better instructions (the same as the email) would have been far better.

Stay was fine, but could have been much better with a better eye for details. E.g. none of the communications give you an address for the property, the best you get is between shop A and shop B (with shop A actually being out of business). The property is nice and roomy but also in need to a number of repairs. The paintwork could be brighter, the stains on the sofa could be cleaned and the bathrooms could use some artwork. Great to have a washing machine.

Nice place. The instructions to enter the property are poor and there is no luggage store as listed.
This is rental property, not with the amenities you expect. If you can arrive at the specific times the pace is open and understand this place is over multiple sites across the city, you will be fine. I want to turn up and things to be easy. This wasn’t and I would recommend staying for over 1 or 2 nights.
Nice place. This feels like a long term rental converted to short term. I wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment was well equipped, comfortably furnished and clean. The location is right in the main Bristol shopping area and near the Hospital so was good for what we needed and was quiet in the evenings when the city centre had wound down.
The downsides: this particular apartment had no lift and was up 5 flights of stairs though I understand some of the other apartments here do have lifts, so ask for one if you need it.
The linen on the main bed was not as perfect as I would have hoped; the bottom sheet had remnants of a footprint mark and a small hole in it. The duvet itself had dirty marks and cigarette burns but fortunately this was enclosed within the duvet cover. I would probably give it 5* if this hadn't been the case.
It does not have dedicated parking and the recommended nearby carpark is expensive. I would suggest using The Galleries car park instead (still expensive but less than NCP)
Overall we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK.
The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything.

This is rental property, not with the amenities you expect. If you can arrive at the specific times the pace is open and understand this place is over multiple sites across the city, you will be fine. I want to turn up and things to be easy.
