This is our go to hotel whenever we come to Leeds ,we love the ambiance and the hospitality offered by our hosts and the sense of being part of a family by the welcoming we receive every time we stay .Its location is ideal central to the wonderful night life offered and the shopping experience too.

Everything was fine, a lovely hotel and a lovely room, very comfy and clean. Nice decor and conveniently located, great value for money.
Staff were really friendly.
The breakfast wasn't great though, a little bit basic, especially the coffee.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I had a large and fantastic room.
Breakfast was slightly disappointing.
What was very disappointing was the apparently strict rule about waiting to 15:00 to check in! I would be very surprised to learn that my room was not ready at 14:35? I would happily stay here again but ensure I arrived after 15:00.

Odd hotel. Check in process was tedious. Room was comfortable but old fashioned and tatty, I suspect there were much nicer ones in the hotel. It was a hot day and the window had been left over so not nice when I first entered - air con was slow to work, but got there after a couple of hours. Bathroom was small and old. Check out was another laborious experience. Overall, would not rush back until they modernise and update their rooms.
