Begynner å bli bittelitt slitt i kantene, nå som det minst 10 år siden de stengte helt og total-oppusset. Den ene restauranten er lagt ned, og brukes kun til frokost nå. We had the most lovely stay at Royal Lancaster. A family of three, we had a great corner room that was very comfortable, both the main bed (especially) and even the twin- which usually these are not so comfortable. Everything was immaculate and the rooms were very convenient in closet and drawer/wardrobe space. Residential area which is nice and quiet , right across from Hyde Park. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, recommend to try it. It has many nice options, both healthy and indulgent. Doreen, the manager, is absolutely amazing. She is so warm and pleasant, and made our stay absolutely perfect. They gave us a nice welcome birthday amenity (mini cake) and fruit and had our room ready as quickly as possible. Everyone is lovely and the property is modern (bathroom is a bit smaller but nice) and clean, and overall just wonderful. The automatic day and night shades also helped for these long summer days. I would highly recommend it for all ages. It is not in the middle of the bustling areas which we liked. But, you can still walk to things (probably about 20-25 min to Marble Arch etc) and take a taxi. 5 stars!

Crazy amazing property! Quiet quaint area just on the north edge of Hyde Park. The staff were incredible and the rooms were nice. If I were to give any downsides: the rooms were a bit small (but still very nice), and they put us on a smoking floor (I didn’t realize that’s a thing still). But, still, everything else outweighed it!

The room was extremely small — not suitable for travelers with large suitcases. There was no space in the closet to store them, and I found myself constantly tripping over my luggage, which caused a lot of discomfort during my stay. While the staff were friendly and the cleanliness was excellent, this was by far the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in across the UK and Europe. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re traveling with more than a carry-on.

I would highly recommend it for all ages. It is not in the middle of the bustling areas which we liked. But, you can still walk to things (probably about 20-25 min to Marble Arch etc) and take a taxi. 5 stars!

Crazy amazing property! Quiet quaint area just on the north edge of Hyde Park. The staff were incredible and the rooms were nice. If I were to give any downsides: the rooms were a bit small (but still very nice), and they put us on a smoking floor (I didn’t realize that’s a thing still). But, still, everything else outweighed it!

The room was extremely small — not suitable for travelers with large suitcases. There was no space in the closet to store them, and I found myself constantly tripping over my luggage, which caused a lot of discomfort during my stay. While the staff were friendly and the cleanliness was excellent, this was by far the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in across the UK and Europe. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re traveling with more than a carry-on.
