This is a wonderful hotel, right inside the harbour, excellent breakfast and meals menu and take away as well with seating outside. I have nothing but praise for this place, do come!!

Don't be put off by appearances. From the outside this hotel and restaurant matches the "past sell by date" of the rest of the town. However the room we had was first class, well fitted and with views over the harbour. The restaurant produced an excellent evening meal in clean comfortable surroundings, also with views over the harbour. Breakfast too was above average and the friendly attention of the staff was welcome.
Bridlington is not the attractive resort it once was, but this hotel would make a good base for exploring the surrounding area, Flamborough Head, RSPB Bempton Cliffs, Burton Agnes Hall etc. I would happily use it again.
The only pitfall is parking. The hotel has allotted spaces in the public car park. If you park elsewhere by the hotel you need to pay, with entrance monitored by camera. Make sure you get instructions from the hotel before your arrival date.

We were looking for a convenient place to stay in Bridlington and I'm so glad we found "Salt on the Harbour".
From the outside, it doesn't look like a hotel and you might have second thoughts. But inside, the rooms are very comfortable, with lovely views over the harbour.
The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, town and harbour, plus free parking is a bonus.
Breakfast was great and served quickly, which was appreciated.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Will definitely stay again in the future.

The room was very clean and came with a nice moon-shaped batch tub with shower in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and gave me directions to the hotel, since it was hard to find, even using Satnav. I was able to get a free car parking space because they are limited, so that was a bonus. The room came with free continental breakfast, which was also a nice touch. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay on the sea harbour and highly recommend it to future travellers.

The rooms are beautiful and clean and the staff couldn't be any more friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic and there was so much choice while the view from the dining roon was gorgeous. I would highly reccomend a stay here

Two night stay. The staff were attentive and helpful. Location is right on the quayside. Venue has some free parking, it might be a problem at busy rimes, but was not for us. We tried the upstairs restaurant and the fish and chip takeaway, we agree the food is a very high standard.
