For the price I paid I doubt you would find better. Booked a single but got a comfy double. Check in and out took 2 mins with the friendly owner. Full Breakfast was excellent plus cereals etc were help yourself.
5/10 walk into town centre. Very happy with my stay here and would definitely make this my 1st choice if I am Ever back in Bridlington.

Ideally situated for a leisurely 10 min walk to the sea front & harbour.
Hosts very nice and engage in conversation, didn’t realise we got breakfast included and we wasn’t disappointed as it was a lovely full English with toast, tea/coffee & juice.
It was everything we needed for our night stay over.

Many thanks Ian for a very pleasant stay, especially the comfy beds and the excellent breakfast. Location was ideal for visiting relatives but also for the Spa theatre and South Beach. Nice quiet location.
