The Bloomsbury

We had a wonderful stay at The Bloomsbury during our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It made our trip truly special.

The hotel is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Location is amazing especially if you’re looking to see a show.

We absolutely loved the Bloomsbury hotel. Clean, comfortable and the service was fantastic. We hope to come back sometime soon.

I stayed at The Bloomsbury in April 2024. I rebooked this hotel out of hundreds in London for my latest trip this August. Last year, I booked what they advertise as a Cozy room. When I arrived, I was upgraded to a Classic Queen which was quite nice. This year, I opted to upgrade to what they advertise as a Deluxe Queen. When I arrived, and was shown to my room, I noticed that it was an attic, Cozy Room. I complained to the front desk and the woman working the desk could not explain the room difference and I asked to speak to the manager. He said that my room was indeed a Deluxe Queen and I responded with my previous year’s experience with the rooms. He then said he would move me to another room. This new room was again, smaller than last year’s room. This manager was not only lying to me, but tried to placate me with a $12 dollar bottle of red wine. I’m quite ashamed of this behavior from a hotel manager, a hotel in which I loved during my previous stay. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The manager is a liar and charged me for a Queen Deluxe”and lied to what he assumed was an unsuspecting woman American tourist. I was charged for a stay that was not what was advertised and not what I had reserved. Shame on you.

Very friendly staff and a lovely room

Excellent staff and beautiful property. The design was exquisite— especially the Coral Room. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. I was surprised on how quiet the room was given the hotel location. It was tucked into a private drive — which helps with street noise.

Excellent other than my wife’s air pods went missing in our room and we turned it upside down to see if they were knocked off the table - it showed in find my app in our hotel up until late in our trip and then they disappeared.

Chic boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, easy walking access to public transport, British Museum and other sights. I'd stay here again. Staff are lovely and food is good too.

This hotel was magical with the most spectacular staff I’ve ever encountered in my troubles, I loved everything about this hotel!

Style, location, comfort, cleanliness

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Hotel was in great condition, perfectly located with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.

Third time staying here and just as exceptional as the previous two. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Room spacious with lots of complementary amenities. Location is perfect. Will definitely stay here again when next back in the UK.

大英博物館は近く、コンビニに行く感覚。 部屋は清潔に保たれていて、不在中に窓を閉めておいてくれた。部屋数が多いがきちんと対応してくれている。 朝食は部屋が可愛いし、美味しい。一人だったがアフタヌーンティーの予約を受けてもらえた。 今まで宿泊したホテルで1番過ごしやすかった。

This place is absolutely beautiful and so well executed in all ways. Property was great, the staff was incredible, the food was amazing. Really can't recommend enough.

Amazing front desk staff.

Honestly, was taken back by just how attentive the staff where. It stood out so much, we spoke about it alot. Coming from `Dubai, were service level is high, its normally hard to feel it matched. But every member of staff here honestly were amazing. I wouldn't even say they went above and beyond, because that sounds like effort, although they did, it all seemed natural and unforced. They would greet us, no matter what time of the day, if they saw us around the hotel, asking how we were. They helped me sort things for my wife's birthday, and didnt't just have a porter knock and drop things off, staff turned up with a huge smile on their face and a proper conversation, wishing her a happy birthday. Honestly, every little bit was just more than we would expect. The cocktail bar was lovely, the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable The staff who would greet you at the front, where there most down to earth, and helpful guys. From luggage sorting, greeting, to taxi sorting. I honestly could go on and on- but we have been super super impressed, would highly recommend, and the location is bang on the main high street to access anything you may also need.
