We couldn’t fault this hotel, our room and the food was lovely, staff were really friendly. Lovely range of teas/coffee/sweets in the room. Midway between Broadstairs and Margate a nice coastal walk to both. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic location, literally next to botany bay, 10mins walk to another beach and minutes drive away from Broadstairs itself and Margate. Lovely hotel, the family suite was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with many options.
We would definitely stay again.
Only minus was the cleaning, it wasn't dirty per se, but spots missed.

The hotel was great, but nothing fancy. Small room with a TV, coffee machine and kettle was good but unfortunately no fridge. Restaurant and bar were lovely which is good as there’s not many other places of go/eat in the area. Dinner finishes early which we unfortunately missed. Breakfast has a great selection. 2 minute walk to the beach from the hotel was fantastic.

Arrived late, the bar was pleasantly lively, but as I had been driving I unfortunately did not end up going back for a drink as the food was finished serving, granted it was 9pm.
Room was nice and clean, everything was there and nice touch with the biscuits and coffee pods, really liked it.
Breakfast was fantastic, service was great too. Will definitely be returning.

A really great stay, start to finish. The breakfast and the daily menus were both comprehensive and the meals we had were extremely fresh, hot and tasty.
