From check in to check out, I cannot fault my stay here. This hotel had been recommended to me by several friends, and they weren't wrong. A warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival. A lovely, spacious room, comfy bed and large shower. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The food delicious, reasonable bar prices as well
Breakfast was excellent and checkout seemless. I'd happily stay here again.
If you are coming here, even for just a meal; do book a table in advance as they get very busy and you can see why.

Staff were professional, attentive not only on the front desk but in the restaurant.
I can't fault my room for the cleanliness, amenities with good WiFi and the views of the river were very nice to wake up too.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room overlooking the river was clean, quiet and very comfortable for a good night's sleep. All the staff were exceptional and welcoming and the breakfast included a wide range of options to cater for all needs. A good end to our holiday.

In terms of eco-friendliness, although there was a notice saying if we didn't want towels changed, we should hang them up, which we did, the chambermaid gave us clean towels for our second night.
