Bridges B&B run by a lovely couple in a lovely house renting a lovely room had a lovely take away pizza delivered to the lovely local pub then back to my lovely room where I slept soundly in a lovely bed then a lovely shower and in the morning a lovely breakfast it was all just... lovely

I had a fantastic stay at The Bridges B&B. The hosts were wonderful, so friendly, which was lovely for someone, like me, travelling alone. The room was spotless with little touches such as different types of tea on offer and a chocolate treat on the bedside table. Breakfast was lovely too. It was a perfect location to explore the wonderful Northumberland area.

Lesley and Steve made us feel very welcome in their home. Our room was quiet and comfortable with quality bedding. Breakfast was plentiful and , included a cooked breakfast. Steve was an attentive host during breakfast. Parking at rear of property.

Lesley and stephen were great hosts , bed was so comfy , linen so fresh . Internet access was simple . Was able to park round the back . Breakfast was excellent. Great choice , definitely recommend this beautiful B&B to anyone .

Owners were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious, and breakfast was delicious… Highly Recommend!

When we first arrived at the property in an old mining village, we thought, 'oh'. However, the small frontage gave way to a lovely bandb, beautifully and carefully decorated with a very cosy, welcoming feel. Steve and Lesley made us feel extremely welcome and Steve's cooked breakfast was delicious

This is a lovely high quality BnB with lovely hosts and had everything we wanted plus man extras

We had a fabulous time at the Bridges B&B. Lesley was the perfect host, so friendly and helpful we immediately felt it was home from home. The interior was like a boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. It was very comfortable, Steve and Lesley had thought of everything. The breakfasts were also excellent, Lesley went the extra mile to ensure I had something suitable for IBS. She really was so thoughtful and we really appreciated it.

Comfortable B&B with pleasant decor throughout. Host was very kind and catered for my gluten free requirements at breakfast. The King room was lovely but watch for the beams if you are tall. And the bathroom, though private, was one floor down and not lockable from the outside so anyone could also use it. But robes were provided for privacy and the bathroom was large and very clean.

Perfect stay. Such welcoming hosts. Property was easy to find, so beautifully decorated, and very quiet. Our room, like the whole property, was pristine. So many thoughtful touches, like the torch next to the bed in case you use the bathroom in the night. Plenty of hot water for the shower and a really comfy bed. And breakfast - vegan, gluten, and normal options, freshly cooked, delicious. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything in it that you would need and the en-suite bathroom was lovely. The breakfast options were fantastic and the breakfast delicious. Cannot fault our stay here, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Owners were lovely people who were genuinely friendly and happy to help in any way they could. I am a Coeliac and the choices for breakfast were brilliant and they were fully aware of cross contamination. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.
