I did just one night and I enjoyed my stay. Anytime I visit West Sussex I’d definitely stay in Hickstead hotel. Customer service 100% nice room, neat and calm.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room although we left for the day at 10am and put please clean the room sign on the door. The staff did not understand what brandy was when we asked for it at the bar.

Drains stink, tv didn't work and was replaced, but then the manager guy was replacing TVs in loads of rooms all evening. Half the menu was unavailable and the restaurant was freezing. Not good. Shame really.

Good parking, lots of space. Nice clean room, very comfy bed and a great night’s sleep. Staff very helpful and attentive - cannot fault them. Shower was lovely, hot and powerful. All in all, very happy with my stay, would definitely stay again. Did not try any of the food so unable to comment.

Stayed here for 1 night . The staff were great . However the management need to make sure all TVs are working as I had no signal but staff swapped tv over 2 hours later . Plus would have been nice to have a heater in room as room was cold . The radiator was off .

Room was clean and tidy, as were the common areas. Room (203) needs a bit of maintenance, cracked basin, loose tap and loose door hinge. But these did not detract from our stay. Very friendly staff.
