Stunning property, host was lovely very accomodating quick to respond, would definitely use again, we were working from early hours to late eveming so didn't have chance to shop or eat oit on thia occasion but judging by everything else this host and property offered i would give 10 out of 10 on all

I loved that the rooms were self-catering. This was very handy and helpful - it meant I could get a few things from the shops to cook or put in the fridge rather than always eating out or getting takeaway.
The room was also very attractive and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the front door slams every time someone comes in and out and I was right next to it. Sometimes the slamming would be continuous for quite a while. They really need to fix this.

Second time stayed at property, spotlessly clean with top of the range appliances but.....what really makes it stand out is the team that run it, never had such good communication and I genuinely feel they would do anything to ensure you enjoy your stay 10/10 from me

When I booked my accommodation I specifically asked for a quiet location and was allocated apartment 4 on the ground floor. This is a small but very well equipped room with an ensuite and was fine for my 6 nights stay
On arrival, there were a few teething problems but the staff (via phone calls)were absolutely brilliant with their help and patience for which I was extremely grateful.
The Madison is about a 20 mins walk from the station and the location is quiet and safe. There are no immediate shops in the vacinity. However, it is on a bus route and very near to Southampton Common

I really enjoyed having an apartment for 2 nights. Able to cook dinners and breakfast. Comfortable bed and facilities were all good. I had room 7 at the front. The road noise was noticeable but I wear ear plugs for sleeping and so did not bother me. The Venetian blinds do not completely block out light and I did feel that people could see in with lights on. Finally room was too warm. I used the stand up fan that was available. Doors closing etc could be an issue. I would stay here again but ask for room away from road. I like the whole concept of aparthotel.

There was some confusion on my part upon arrival as it was necessary to register on line with a few details before getting the access code. The Chat function via WhatsApp is also very limited by fixed prompts which didn’t work for me. The room itself was nice but with a distinct unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom which I had to purchase an air freshener to partially mask. Overall the stay was fine as I made use of the kitchen area which was fairy well equipped.

I love this flat, and rate this 10/10, everything is perfect, I would recommend to everyone forget about hotel stay here, it’s far far better than Hotels, a complete and quality items, comfortable bed, all over is very good. Will definitely stay here in the future
