Easy parking with plenty of space.
The common area, breakfast space, and bedrooms were exceptionally clean and tidy—easily rival originates with a five-star hotel.
Breakfast was cooked fresh to order by the host. While the selection was on the smaller side, it was delicious and served piping hot.
When we asked the host for local restaurant and attraction recommendations, the information provided was super clear and reliable.

Bei Fragen oder Problemen kann man sich jederzeit an Marc wenden. Er ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und nimmt sich immer gerne Zeit, um zu helfen. Durch seine herzliche Art haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können dieses B&B uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

The Mustard Tree is a well-run B&B which combines old-world charm with modern facilities. Located very close to the bustling St Ives on breathtaking Carbis Bay, it should definitely be a preferred choice of stay for travellers. Our genial host Mark was attentive to our needs and provided us with a hearty breakfast each day. The B&B is spotlessly clean and has a parking space too. Highly recommended!

Mark the host could not have been better or nicer . Went out of his way to help .
Where a laundry was, he said please give me your things. I’ll wash them for you.- and then when I came back to my room, they had been hung in my wardrobe. He went above and beyond in all areas very impressive thanks again, Mark.

Mark and Anna were impeccable hosts and couldn’t do enough to help us with our stay. Would highly recommend the Mustard Tree. Far enough out of the town to be out the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Ideally situated near a bus stop and the train station. What more could you want. Excellent service 👍
