Wunderschöne stilvolle Zimmer mit bequemer Ausstattung. Leckeres Abendessen und landestypisches Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Außenanlage, in Sommer sicher sehr stimmungsvoll (leider hat es bei unserem Aufenthalt geregnet) Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

Excellent stay at this beautiful accommodation. The rooms are in the different building than the main house in the pictures. Very idyllic both. Car park available easily. Good food and great service. Eaay access to Bath with car. Around 15min drive. Bed waa comfortable and room was spacious and clean.

Great staff who made our stay extra special with their kindness and servicemind. The hotel is very conceniwntly located to explore Barh and Witshire in a quiet setting. Great variety of food and very deliciois one too.

Ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch in Bath. Bath ist problemlos mit dem Bus zu erreichen (Bus-Stop vor dem Pub).
Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, schönes Zimmer und ausgezeichnetes Dinner und tolles Frühstück.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

On arrival we saw many wasps coming through the front door and the patio doors to the restaurant. We were told to close our room windows because of wasps but our room was a long way from the hotel building and the windows didn't open fully anyway. Unfortunately in the restaurant lots of wasps. Ear plugs in the room confused us but we realised we were next to a train line. Restaurant food good choice and presented well. Only issue was the mango and avocado salsa, unfortunately it had something very tart in it which spoilt the sweetness of the mango, on looking it was granny smith apple which didn't even taste ripe, it spoilt the meal and had to be picked out. The special board did not mention the apple.

The bedroom door kept making a noise, guests moving around upstairs was noisy and unfortunately the bed and pillows were not very good. The staff were friendly and no issues there, just the room was an issue

Muy lindo hotel en la carretera muy cerca de Bath. Hay habitaciones en el edificio antiguo y al fondo de la propiedad hay más habitaciones en una construcción nueva. El restaurant es muy bueno con un desayuno incluido también excelente.
Las habitaciones nuevas están al lado de la línea del tren por lo que se escucha pero no alcanza a ser molesto.

Nice warm and clean room called Ashley.
Comfy bed and nice touches like a jar with fresh baked cookies with the tea and coffee.
Only issue was the Bathroom light was on a sensor which meant it went out when you were in the bath shower or on the toilet.
Very good breakfast and evening meals although a bit limited in the number of meal choices. This meant we only ate on one evening as we did not fancy the other things on the menu
