Exceptional value for price, amazing choice for breakfast & everything very clean. Lots of eating places close by.
I was aware when booking that there were stairs & although I coped ok, I would advise that for anyone disabled, even with a walking stick, that the staircase would be impossible.
Otherwise a lovely stay & lovely manager.

Nice two nights stay in a very good location. I especially loved the bathroom as it was spacious and with a view to the East Hill. The stairs are tricky if you have a large suitcase, but I got wonderful service and mine was taken down for me. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from within 500 m. The buses to the railway station run 200 m from the door so that’s also nice.

As the name suggests its in Hastings Old Town.
We had a sea view ensuite room on the top floor which was absolutely lovely.
Tracey the owner is a true star and cooks up a fantastic English breakfast with home mage rosti which is to die for...
Will stay again and highly recommend.
Not for those that cant do stairs though!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Old Town Guest House. Tracey the owner was very friendly, helpful and fun. I loved my room it was comfortable with great facilities. Breakfast was delicious and the dining room was pleasant to eat in. The guesthouse was in the best location close to all the action which I loved I will definitely stay there again it was excellent.
