Our room appeared very very new and was spotless with quality bathroom.
The staff were all superb and the cod for dinner was amazing. Beautifully cooked and presented. Breakfast was casual and classy. Well done OT

This was an amazing stay, the pub hotel had a relaxing country vibe, it’s warm & welcoming, you don’t feel like you’re a stranger in the village.
The food and drinks selection in the restaurant was fantastic.
The room with a view, a private garden and a spacious bathroom with a shower that would fit 10.
I had been busy with work calls, however the staff kept my glass topped up and even brought the breakfast time slot forward so I could start my day earlier.
I will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful short break(4 nights) at The Orange Tree.All the staff were really on the ball.Very friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast was exceptional.Plenty of choice, well presented and cooked. Dinner menu also had a good selection.Lots of space indoors and out, dogs were very welcome.Good location for walkers with the coast close by. We highly recommend this venue

Our room in the Old Bakery was fine for our one night stay. Lovely comfortable bed and great shower. Space at a premium so if you’re staying for a longer period maybe a larger room would be advisable. Staff were all cheerful and helpful. Great breakfast served outside in this beautiful weather.
Many, many dogs at dinner, mostly well behaved!

Lovely room, down the road from the pub: just a short distance, and parked on the road outside. This is a posh village, which seems to have multiple pubs/ accommodation, and reportedly an excellent 'Deli'. A beautiful area, easily accessed on the A149, past Sandringham, north of Kings Lynn. Excellent walking, quiet roads, good trails very nearby. I was there on business, just for the one night, but had a great stay, thankyou! Breakfast was good, though only available from 08:30, so maybe this wasn't really a business choice - this is a holiday village. The evening meal was very good - a great local Pork Tomahawk chop, though pricey as you pay extra for any starch/ vegetables that you might want to add. Their excellent drinks list is several pages long, with a great selection, even if they think Talisker is an Islay malt (it's from Skye!). Good menu, lovely staff (though I didn't get an iron and ironing board after all - never mind, I wore the same shirt again), and not a bad pint either. Again, thanks folks - for what it's worth, I'd thoroughly recommend a stay chez sous.

Stayed in an upstairs room in The Bakery. Stairs are very steep so, if you have any issues with climbing stairs, make sure you are not staying in an upstairs room.
