Stayed for 2 nights over Easter weekend very large room king size bed. Very nice breakfast lots of choice of cereals fruits yogurt ect, good cooked breakfast set us up for the day. Owner's very friendly if we are in the area we will return.

Everything was very clean.
The breakfast menu was excellent, and the food was perfectly cooked.
There is free private parking round the back.
The town and beach are just a short walk away.

We have just had a lovely three days at the parks B&B it was spotlessly clean we stayed in the selworthy suite
it was fantastic two rooms with nice big bathroom with lovely big shower and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and plenty of it nothing was too much trouble for Chris and Sue definitely be staying there again.

We had a great stay here. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out after 3 nights! The room was very clean and had everything we needed, more than a lot of hotels provide, they seem to have thought of everything! There were a variety of choices for the pre order breakfast so should suit all needs and tastes. Food was served piping hot and very efficiently. Lovely local produce and homemade preserves, they should sell them! Close enough to everything yet in a quieter part of town so we slept really well too! This has to be one of the nicest places overall we have stayed in and will definitely be going back there. Thank you

A great stay, friendly and welcoming, food choice at breakfast excellent, quality was also excellent..had just been on a cruise but The Parks breakfast was much better. Room very clean, fluffy towels little touches of chocolates and plenty of tea coffee etc. Would definitely stay again

Hôtes professionnels du bed and breakfast. C'est bien rodé, peut-être un peu trop rigide pour des vacances (heure de pdj à définir la veille), formulaire de renseignements à l'ancienne, mais c'est calme, super équipé et super propre. Parking privatif à l'arrière. A recommander.

Beautiful, quiet room with generous comforts provided, including a fully-loaded hospitality tray with biscuits and chocolates. Spotlessly clean (and not just superficially), and an en-suite with toiletries and ample towels. Bed also very comfortable - definitely no sagging - and a breakfast cooked to order with plenty of choice. Even the car-park was smooth, level and clearly marked. The whole property is beautifully maintained and very convenient for the town and seafront - about five minutes into town and another five to the seafront. Would thoroughly recommend.
