Our second visit to this fabulous hotel and its very quickly becoming my favourite in Manchester. The staff are so welcoming and go above and beyond. This time was my daughters birthday they left her a message a treats from the hotel in our room. Every detail in the room is excellent. It has everything to make your stay from the sky channels on the tv to the shower, which is amazing. Breakfast is worth every penny with some great choices. Overall this is a top quality hotel with an excellent price tag.

Great location of the hotel and clean and friendly. Only negative was that the double bed was wall to wall from head to toe so if needed to get out of bed in the night, either waking partner or climbing over them was a bit annoying but would definitely use this hotel again for all other positives.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I even witnessed avery rude guest be verbally abusive towards a staff member who handled the situation with grace and poise. I would highly recommend to The Reach to anyone.

Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble, excellent housekeeping and maintenance, luxurious bathroom, fluffy towels and super comfortable bed. The only things I wouldn’t give top marks to are the teabags! I’ll bring my own next time, but there will be a next time, as this was a really excellent week.

Friendly staff, quiet space. Ideal for travel, just round the corner from Piccadilly station. Short walk to shops. Hotel clean, modern, comfortable bed, all the amenities. Luggage storage available when checking out which was handy before travel. Great price, would definitely use again when travelling to Manchester.

Fantastic stay at this very well run Hotel. Staff are fantastic and nothing is enough trouble. We had a Delux room and we were very happy with it. Highly recommend this hotel as its just perfect
