The School House

The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Owners were really nice and made you feel very welcome

Helen was lovely and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious! Very convenient to have parking and a pub across the road for dinner.

The School House is clean, tidy and well appointed. Very shipshape. But the best bit for me was its location: - a swift mile off the M56. - and a mile too from a top pub – the Stretton Fox – which, handily, was back on the roundabout I’d just used to get off the M56. So I couldn’t really miss it The only downside was – school-style - a communal breakfast table; my heart sunk when I saw that in the morning. I’m not big on small talk and enjoy my own company at breakfast. But fortunately I had it to myself on the days I was there, so could eat my toast in comfort

Lovely place and fantastic breakfast!

This BnB is easy to find and the couple are very welcoming. Nice quality of breakfast food, cooked fresh to order. No shampoo and body wash provided as it's a budget price, but it still represents excellent value. Very comfy bed, fluffy white towels and plenty hot water / good shower pressure. Would stay again and happy to recommend.

Amazing b&b, great hosts and comfortable room

Garry and Helen were very welcoming and great hosts throughout our short stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts set us up for the days ahead. We're looking forward to returning at some point.

Fantastic bed and breakfast, room was spotless and felt very fresh and modern, lovely thick carpet and comfy bed. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and their breakfast was very tasty, I would definitely stay again and plan to do so when I’m next in the area.

Garry and Helen were friendly and helpful. The garden made it easy for our dog too. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. USB sockets around the room were a helpful touch!

On the way to the B and B I got stuck in traffic and let the owners know. I was categorically told that if I didn’t arrive by a certain time I could not stay. Not the type of response you want when you are stuck in a traffic jam! The stay itself was OK - I would have rated it more highly if the initial contact had been handled with more understanding.

The School House is spotless with a warm welcome. Comfy room with dog bowls, his own towel and blanket all in the room. Great off road path to the local park, seconds away which was really handy for last night and 1st thing necessities! 10 minute, mainly quiet, walk to the Pub I chose to eat at (Stretton Fox). Great breakfast watching the birds feeding and Shadow our dog was made so welcome! Plenty to do in local area; Marbury Park yesterday and Lymm Dam today, both a few minutes drive. Would definately stay again. Thank you
