Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre était très fonctionnelle, confortable, rien à redire.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit entfernt vom Flughafen-Gatwick. Toll ist, dass kostenfrei Parkplätze zur Verfügung stellen. Das Frühstück ist ok, nicht sehr reichhaltig, aber ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut, die Betten komfortabel. Das Bad ist typische englisch und etwas kleiner, aber ok. Einzig die Handtücher waren nicht immer sauber. Gutes Hotel für ein Wochenende.

Decent stay if you have a flight out of Gatwick. Several good restaurants around the area you can walk to. The Hotel air conditioning is a little outdated but ok. The breakfast was great.

This hotel is definitely just the bare bones so don't expect anything extra in the room because you won't get it. We had a standard double room. Specifically, no face cloths were supplied and no courtesy toiletries. Instead it had a push pump shampoo/shower gel container attached to the wall in the shower. There was no bath tub just a shower. No hair dryer or iron in the room although I believe you could have requested it from housekeeping. Room was extremely small and no bedside tables. Complimentary coffee available in the room but nothing else. And no fridge or microwave. Breakfast was good. Definitely adequate and clean and overall good value for the money but as mentioned, this is definitely just the bare basics.

Ho soggiornato dal 24 al 27 dicembre. Sarebbe stato apprezzato se Expedia e/o l'albergo avesse avvertito, all'atto della prenotazione, che in questi giorni non veniva effettuato il servizio di riassetto della camera, a causa delle ferie del personale.

Hotel confortevole e centrale, tutto a portata di gambe. Letto comodo a un prezzo onesto. Colazione compresa. Ma due domande mi assillano: 1) Perché nel Regno Unito i bidet sono proibiti? 2) E perché i canali tv presenti sono solo inglesi, forse non sanno che esistono canali satellitari o forse non si aspettano clienti dal lontano continente?

Stayed one night while traveling on vacation. Easy booking through Orbitz and overall good value.

The Hotel looks so nice , but the staff experience is so bad . i had to check in the hotel as a non welcome guest , Its really a bad experience when you find the front desk dealing with you as bad as nothing . Rooms are clean , and beds are not bad , all of my bad experience came back from dealing with staff there !

The hotel was clean and located in a good area. My only negative is that the "free" wifi was limited to 30 minutes a day.

I would never expect a hotel has a rule of no check in because of such a made up reason ... thats travelodge ... and thats the staff

Almost brand new hotel. Excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and tea & coffee in room.

Enjoyed my stay the staff is really nice and the hotel is up to good standards and very clean
