The room was very small and very warm

Room was clean we have a sea view is lovely to see the sea in all it's moods.Beds very comfortable.All the staff from reception the bars, dining room,cleaning,and the entertainment downstairs were really helpful.Down by South pier and not far from fair so fairly quiet.Didn't use cafe this time only the bar so can't comment on that.Only go once a year for air show but go there every year.No children and entertainment very very good.

Positives: located opposite south pier and next to pleasure beach. Food was very very good on half board. Seaview nice. Car park. Negatives: rushed check in, didn’t understand you needed to book a table for the entertainment so didn’t see it on Saturday night. Room looked nothing like photos. Wasn’t shown where room was so joined lots of guests wandering about lost. No housekeeping on a Saturday!! So no clean towels as no one at reception to ask. Comedian (!) on Friday night not funny, crude and 80s chubby brown jokes. Shame really because food was great, service not so good with clueless miserable staff all except the gentleman taking drinks orders at the table who was more professional. On checkout, a Sunday morning at 10.30am we asked if we could leave our car in the huge hotel car park for an extra hour or so to get some shopping. Was told no as loads of guests expected any minute despite check in time being 4pm. Other guests had been told they could?? We know because they told us and there were tickets showing today checkout on almost every other car? So just us then? Even the cleaners this morning ignored us when we said hello! To be blunt, this could be a great place with a bit of staff training, a better comedian and a bit of happiness.

The room i got was below average ..no matter wat time of day it was you had to put a light on . Room had an odour that wasnt nice .... food and entertainment was amazing like always

The room was ok very dated and in need of an update we upgrade to sea view but still needs updating bed was damp so second night turn bedding down to air it so was a lot better. Bathroom very compact needs modernising. Meals were amazing and staff very helpful couldn't fault it at all . Entertainment was brilliant.

Seaview room was superb. The room was double+single. The view was out of this world. Food was good. Entertainment if you wanted it. Bus at font to Lytham StAnnes and Blackpool centre.

From start to finish everything was spot on staff hotel entertainment definitely return

The meal choices were excellent and exceptional value for money; where outside of your main meal, you can eat what is available, and as much as you like.

The staff and food at the hotel were fantastic. The rooms were basic but very clean However the bed was atrocious. Small and very soft. If you were near the edge you just slipped off. Two bad nights sleep. The water in the shower was either cold or scalding hot. Great location but a good nights sleep and a good shower are imperative.

Stayed for 2 nights bed breakfast and evening meal food was excellent with so much choice .Evening entertainment was terrific they know how to put on a show at the talk of the coast
