Sheraton Denarau Villas

Dryer didn’t work. Air con dripped A LOT! Weed spraying was done on the garden the last 4 days of our stay. 2 mornings were right outside our room between 7-8am which was extremely noisy and not communicated prior.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sheraton Denarau Villas. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our 4 children loved kids club and we can’t wait to go back.

It was a joy to stay here. The pools were lovely. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The villa was clean, tidy and spacious. Lots of dining options through the associated hotels. Will definitely recommend and will stay there again.

The staff hospitality was amazing!

Stay was amazing, the activity staff Mantz and Wise in particular were awesome with the kids. Breakfast buffet restaurant is open with birds flying around. Don't sit under the booths with lights, we saw at least a dozen birds poo on peoples food, cups and plates. Staff try to shoo them away but they are too busy.

The 3 bed villa was perfect for 5 adults as we had one couple, one single female and 2 male buddies that shared a room with seperate beds. Lots of room and many balconies and you can cook a meal if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Great views whatever way you are faced. We tipped our cleaners every day and got looked after so well. Tipping is not expected but I know staff are on such little wages that we wanted to.

Our stay at Sheraton Denarau Villas was absolutely wonderful! The villas were spacious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We can't wait to return to this beautiful paradise!

Nice properties staff was very accommodating and always checking if everything was fine and if needed anything. All staff very friendly and kind Leo was very attentive to our needs at breakfast. Housekeeping was very nice and checked if we needed anything. Next trip to Fiji I would definitely stay at Sheraton Villa.

We had a decent experience at the Sheraton, definitely not 5 stars. The staff was OK, seemed over worked and forgetful. Everywhere else we stayed in Fiji the staff was the highlight…. Not at the Sheraton. The restaurant on the beach is disgusting, birds and bird poop everywhere, you can’t leave your table for a moment before they swoop in and eat your food. They completely forgot my husband’s dinner. We waited over an hour. In the end they didn’t charge us for my 2 kids food or mine, but still it was bad. Our room was dated. The TVs didn’t work for 2 days of the 4 we were there. The system didn’t work for check in either and the staff said they would reach out when it was back up, but they didn’t. We were asking for early check in, they couldn’t accommodate it, but they couldn’t even reach out like they said when room was ready. I did a massage at heavenly spa and the masseuse was great, but it was outside in open air and I was getting devoured by mosquitoes, it was very uncomfortable, plus the construction going on had it less than relaxing. We did like the activities the Sheraton offered like basket weaving and fire dance. The restaurant inside with the nets up on the windows was good. The dinner buffet was worth it for us, because kids were free. The lack of AC in the main areas was off putting.

when we got there they had cancelled our 3 bed room villa so we had no villa and a then we has to stay in 2 bed room villa for 2 nights with 5 adults and the we were given 2 x2 bed room villas and the family had to seperate for the whole 10 days that's was the worse holiday ever

Wd love the spaciousness of the Vilkas but it’s clear they’re next on the list for an overhaul. Whilst still good for a family there are signs of the rooms needing repairs. Both our phones in our villa did not work hence we had to walk our luggage over to the Sheraton, we were missing pieces of blind (like pieces snapped off) there was constant construction noise from the Weston and re-cabling in nearby rooms. You have to commend the restaurant staff who work tirelessly to provide breakfast but chairs are broken. This is the second year in a row we have had problems wth broken chairs. Last year my daughter degloved a finger needing medical attention and this year my other daughter was lucky not to sustain an injury when a leg snapped off a chair. The buffet at night is good but not worth the money $129 FJ - no one eats that much food! No happy hour at the pool bar anymore and not a lot of selection on the pool lunch menu. Some nice fresh sandwiches would be a great addition. There are croissants at 28g but they disappear early with many people having breakfast there and not paying for the buffet breakfast.

We loved our time at Sheraton Villas. Lots of pool and restaurant options, lovely friendly and helpful staff and beautiful apartment.

The rooms in the Villas are fabulous. The buffet and breakfast dining area though in the main hotel is enough to put me off this hotel alone. SUPER HOT in there at every time of the day, full of flies and birds. For an expensive dining area breakfast and dinner it is super uncomfortable. I have never sweat so much in my life as I did in there morning and night. You must close it up and air condition that area surely. Its aweful.
