Apartment was excellent really convenient location. Tram stop right outside, 24/7 supermarket in the building. Only negative was Luggage storage room was not labelled but some other tourists told showed us that the code worked on a “staff only” room next to main entrance which was the luggage room, otherwise we would not have found it. Had to contact Bob W to get check in ref as hotels.com ref did not work, however communication was prompt and advance check in easy.

The accommodation was excellent, very easy to reach by tram. The flat was clean and very well equipped. On the day of arrival the electrics did not work. Communication and change to another apartment was possible by phone. Unfortunately no contact person on site. We would do without breakfast next time. Otherwise, a definite recommendation.

Excellent stay, clean room, comfort features were well thought about, spacious and cozy room. Loved the glass room for the bed.

Tilava ja siisti huone. Hyvä sijainti. Huone oli hieman viileä

Huoneisto itsessään todella mukava ja käytännöllinen sekä loistava sijainti Helsingin sydämessä. Ratikat kulkee lähes oven edestä. Siisteydestä joudun antamaan miinusta koska kerrossängyn alustaa ei oltu kyllä hetkeen imuroitu niin paljon pölyä siellä oli. Lisäksi ilmastointi lähti toimimaan vasta lähtöpäivän aamuna joten ilma oli aika tunkkainen ja ikkunoita joutui pitämään auki suihkun jälkeen tai ruoan laiton yhteydessä. Myös suihkun letku vuoti hieman. Näistä puutteista oltiin yhteydessä ja varmasti asiat korjaantuu mutta vähän jäi harmittamaan kuitenkin.

A fantastic spot to stay with the tram right outside the front door. Huge room with cook facilities. Great communication with hotel management. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent place to stay for a first visit to Helsinki. The accommodation was very comfortable and easy access for sightseeing.

Nice room, great stay overall

Perfecte locatie, mooi en modern appartement met alle faciliteiten.

Varasin hotellin mukavuuksien perusteella, halusin mennä kuntosalillle ja porealtaaseen. Valitettavasti oli vain salikortti mahdollisuus ja sali 1km päässä hotellista. Poreallas ei oikeesti sijaitse hotellissa vaan jossain viereisessä ravintolan terassilla ja siihen olisi pitänyt maksaa ja tehdä erillinen varaus, eikä se ollut nyt edes auki. Huone itsessään oli kyllä tosi hieno ja tilava mutta valitettavasti pettymys oli suuri palveluiden osalta. Aamupala oli keskiverto, sai valita munakkaan ja siihen croissant, mehu ja kahvia, jogurtti. Eli sekään ei ihan normaalia buffet aamiaista voita.

Amazing place to stay , very helpful staff , friendly and polite , loved everything there , they made us feel like home , will definitely be back , Only one thing I didn’t like which was that I’ve been told through WhatsApp there will be no cleaning during my 5 days stay !! ) they said they clean only once if I stay 7 days or more ) !!! BUT the beautiful lady ( Angela ) at reception sort me out and asked the housekeepers to do some cleaning in my room and gave me fresh towels , Thanks for everything :)

Perfect place has everything you could need for a short or long term stay.

Bob has an office that doesn't work on weekends and outside of business hours... and this makes things very difficult, because after getting the apartment key with a code you can't find the apartment, since the building is big. ...we had to go out onto the street and look for another entrance, with the cold and luggage... after managing to speak to Bob's employee, we learned that it is possible to access the apartment by changing the elevator... in short, simple things that an attendant available in the office when the guest was arriving would solve it. This collaborator neither You need to stay there all the time, the guest would advise the approximate time of arrival. As for the apartment, I found it small and with large armchairs that make the circulation area even smaller... we were there for a week and not a single day was the building's hallway cleaned... and finally, at night, the indirect lighting in the apartment makes it very dark. Our suggestion to Bob is to include a clothes dryer on top of the washer. The location of the apartment is exceptional for anyone going to Helsinki... furniture, decoration and appliances are new and of quality.

Modern, clean and spacious. Highly reccomended

The room itself was great, the kitchen really added value and the place looked nice and modern. What really disappointed us, though, was how our issue with the tv (not functioning properly) was not fixed, even though we were reassured that someone would come take a look at it asap. 2.5 hours after reporting the issue it was waiting to be resolved, and when we asked again about it, the reply was that there was no-one around on site anymore and the issue could not be resolved. The inability to deliver on promises and the lack of communication on the progress of the issue resolution was unacceptable for us.

This is the best accomodation I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect , the inclusions were amazing, they have thought of everything. Our room had an amazing sauna too. Restaurant and supermarket in the building was a huge plus. Viking ferry to Tallin a few minutes walk away, tram stop to everywhere was out the front.. Would give it more stars if I could
