We have stayed at the hotel many times. We keep coming back as we love the ambience, the service and its wonderful history. I would particularly like to mention the front desk this year as they were incredibly helpful on a number of occasions

This hotel oozes charm and old world refinements. Location is prime, parking is valet which is absolutely a must given that there is not even a spot to unload the luggage. The elegant room was a comfortable size, the bathroom was wonderfully expansive and modern; the bedroom windows open to a lovely courtyard. The restaurant is in the most beautiful lush courtyard. The staff was impeccable. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

Very clean and quiet inside the city walls. Close to the Papal Palace and lots of dining and shopping opportunities. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

A fantastic hotel in Avignon. A perfect location for exploring the city and access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were great and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. In particular, Soria was extremely friendly and give us some great restaurant recommendations. And thanks to Martin for letting us back into the hotel at 1 AM. Would definitely recommend.

Low rise old Hotel but still keeping well. The room is spacious. Think the hotel has upgraded with thanks. Location is perfect. Continental breakfast was very nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed especially sitting in the Garden

What a hotel. Long history with high luxury and many prominent guests. It is a quiret hotel where you can bee relaxed from day one. Marvelous breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant had closed during our stay, so we must come back another time.

To start what really makes this property unique is the staff they are very friendly and willing to help. I had an issue with the WIFI as I needed to join a zoom call for a work emergency and the wifi in the room was sooo bad - inexistant- called the reception and they offered to change the room rightaway, unfortunately the other room had the same issue but I do appreciate how reactive they were. Beside, the property is very nice. The only thing I really didn't appreciate is the wifi, and very limited food options at the bar, beside, its a lovely place
