Apres avoir réservé une chambre double superieure pour nous retrou er dans une chambre minuscule avec des lits jumeaux. Nous avons été mis devant le fait accomplie en entrant dans la chambre en ayant bien évidemment réglé la taxe de sejour...reponse de l accueil : nous sommes complet et j ai bien vue l erreur mais c'est pas moi qui reparti les chambres...a fuir. Ascensseur avec porte minuscule en angle droit. Etc...Courage Fuyez.

J'avais effectué un e réservation plusieurs jours à l'avance non remboursable. Avec les grèves mon déplacement à dû être annulé. J'ai demandé exceptionnellement d'annuler ma réservation ce qui m'a été refusé. Je trouve que ce n'est vraiment pas commercial suite à un cas de force majeur (grève des transports) Je ne viendrais plus dans cette chaine d'hôtels.

The hotel is in a prime location. 1 minute to walk to St Lazard train station, just across the street. Bus stop in front of the door and many by as stops on every corner. Walk to restaurants. Hotel is clean and safe. All good for the price of it. Will definitely return to the Timhotel. Of course if you can spend more Hilton is across the street.

The property is in a good location, near train station, buses and taxis. The staff was attentive and helped us call a taxi to the airport. The room was a quadruple room with 4 single beds, big enough compared to other places, 2 mini bathrooms was a plus, comfortable beds and good AC. The only thing was that one of the bathrooms smelled like sewer, I had to sprayed with cologne to enter, but the rest was ok.
