Chambre très grande et très belle vue sur la citadelle

Rooms are great large, very clean. Beds were very comfortable had a great nights sleep. Great views of the castle. Staff were very helpful.

Voyage en couple pour les jours de Noêl. Bon accueil de la part du Personnel. Chambres n'ont pas évolué depuis des années et auraient besoin d'un vrai raffraichissement. Vue avec balcon sur la citadelle, magnifique ! Piscine chauffée offrant un comfort supplémentaire mais cependant vieillisante malgré tout (liner usé par le temps) Literie de qualité supérieure ! petit déjeuner varié mais n'offrant pas tous les services (manque de pain, de vienoiseries, plats chauds....) Le comble est que les services de la mairie viennent à 7h30 remplir leurs engins de nettoyage Nicollin juste en dessous des balcons tout en restant au moins 3/4 d'heure à discuter fort.......pas top de laisser faire ceci.... stationnement en sous terrain permettant la sécurisation de votre véhicule, moyennant 10 euros par nuit. expérience globale mitigée dans son ensemble. Room was spotless if a little short on storage space which stopped me giving 5* Tried hotel food of an evening and found it of a good standard and on same price as local bars/restauants

Séjour agréable, petit dejeuner et dîner délicieux. Juste un problème d’odeur dans la chambre.

Excellent property and a great location just across the bridge to Carcassone. Hotel was well kept, staff was helpful and the view from the restaurant/bar was spectacular. Solid value for what they deliver.

Zimmer und Bad sehr klein, Toilettenraum winzig, man konnte sich darin nicht bewegen. Kein Festungsblick aufgrund von Bäumen. Keine 4 Sterne wert.

We stayed Saturday to Tuesday. The restaurant and bar were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays which was disappointing - The roof top bar area had an incredible view of the castle but we didn’t get chance to sit there - otherwise I would have given a higher score

The Tribe hotel is very near the Carcassonne castle with beautiful views over the area.The hotel was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The hotel restaurant has a stunning view of the castle at night. Great place to stay in Carcassonne.

Une belle étape, hôtel très bien situé même si la chambre donnait sur un toit. Chambre spacieuse et tout confort. Le petit déjeuner est comme d’habitude excellent. J’apprécie tout particulièrement les dîners au 4ieme étage, avec une très belle vue sur la cité et les plats délicieux.

Room was reasonably clean (towels and bedding)… cleaner lovely but needed help! Always had a clean bathroom. Front desk staff a little scruffy and unprofessional to see them smoking outside the entrance. That said, we’re all helpful. Hotel is ideally positioned. Didn’t have a castle view so our view was grim into courtyard area….

Lovely view from balcony. The room was very well cleaned every day and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
