Une belle étape, hôtel très bien situé même si la chambre donnait sur un toit. Chambre spacieuse et tout confort. Le petit déjeuner est comme d’habitude excellent. J’apprécie tout particulièrement les dîners au 4ieme étage, avec une très belle vue sur la cité et les plats délicieux.

Room was reasonably clean (towels and bedding)… cleaner lovely but needed help! Always had a clean bathroom. Front desk staff a little scruffy and unprofessional to see them smoking outside the entrance. That said, we’re all helpful. Hotel is ideally positioned. Didn’t have a castle view so our view was grim into courtyard area….

Lovely view from balcony. The room was very well cleaned every day and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel was fine. Interesting decoration and a nice rooftop bar. Room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom nice. Easily walkable to the cite. Sound proofing in the hotel is not great and the balcony doors didn’t do much to stop the outside noise. Staff were fine, but not particularly warm or friendly. In summary, an okay hotel and experience, but I feel we could have got better value elsewhere.

Vi betalade extra för balkongen mot "gamla stan" men nyttjade den aldrig. Liten och trång och nära gatan med trafiken. Vi har bott på hotellet tidigare i standard dubbelrum och det är mer värt pengarna. Oengagerande personer vid incheckning. Nästa gång blir det ett annat hotell.

Perfect location and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Very good buffet breakfast. We selected the hotel as it has a room terrace and bar, but unfortunately neither the website or booking info mentioned that this was closed on Sunday and Monday evening.

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Im Dorf gut gegessen. Im Hotel gut geschlafen. Von der Terrasse auf dem Dach hat man einen superschönen Blick auf die Burg!

Personale della hall molto impreparati e anche poco cortesi sia al check-in che al checkout volevano farci pagare la colazione che invece era compresa già nel costo di ogni camera prenotata con Expedia . Per il resto posizione molto vicina alla città vecchia e ottima colazione . All ingresso della hall un odore sgradevole di cui non abbiamo capito da cosa fosse generato .

Ich kann mich nur noch einmal wiederhole, es war eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft.

Great hotel

Vista spettacolare, ma la camera 4° piano fronte ascensore era un po' angusta (anche il bagno in realtà) con un colore nero alla parete fronte letto poco rilassante, a tratti opprimente in pratica godi della vista mozzafiato solo se ti accomodi nel balcone. Il wc è separato, in un metro quadro di pareti dove se chiudi la porta sbatti le ginocchia. Cena molto buona, ragazze del ristorante gentili:) In camera ho apprezzato che ci fosse sia la macchinetta per caffè, che il bollitore e l'acqua è erogata gratis e fresca in un distributore nel corridoio.

Stayed here twice in the last month, really like close proximity to everything. Staff are outstanding. Girls at breakfast are very helpful and friendly.

Really nice hotel, value for money, nice location. A door for the bathroom would be nice :-)

Great location right next to the Aude River and River trail/walk. Great view of the citadel. Comfortable brooms, friendly staff and easy parking. Nancy comped my service dog fees which was appreciated. Street parking is free. 10-12 spots right by hotel. Underground parking for the tribe is 25€ per day. We walked to the citadel and we walked to multiple squares to eat in or near the town center. Went for the Tour de France stayed an extra day. All good, would stay again.
