Personnnel très agréable et accueillant, rien à redire. Chambre confortable et calme (un peu de poussière sur les meubles néanmoins). Petit déjeuner très copieux. Petite déception sur les équipements du spa : eau de la piscine très très froide, hammam non fonctionnel, que deux jacuzzis sur les trois annoncés.

Salle de bain en piteux état, petit déjeuner de piètre qualité. Pour la salle de sport ne comptez pas trop sur les équipements. Néanmoins très bon accueil et calme. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Ce qui m’a le plus marqué la serveuse du restaurant Florine qui toujours en mouvement en salle reste toujours à l’écoute des clients et intervient rapidement , bravo ne changez rien ( tous les établissements devraient avoir une Florine)

Very off after hours check in process. The place was really dark and locked up. Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting after hours.
