Breakfast is good

The room was very clean. Nice, big bathroom. The staff was excellent, really can’t say enough about them. Very good breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com bom café da manhã. A única ressalva é que precisamos subir alguns degraus para ter acesso à recepção.

The noise of the exhaust fan and the lighting in the bathroom was awful… we literally couldn’t stand to take a bath with the noise. It was like a construction site.. as for putting on make up, you must have good eyesight. About the bathroom, what a strange layout to have to squeeze yourself behind the door to use the toilet. We stayed in the annex. I would say the breakfast was basic. The fruit was from a tin and the bread didn’t seem fresh at all.. the bed was comfortable the location was good, the staff were lovely… I’m not one for music in the breakfast room in the morning, who wants to listen to rock that early? But the lady working there, did turn it down.

Hotel is near most tourist places and about 4 min to train station. It feels safe everywhere. Breakfast is ok nothing extraordinary. Rooms are small but ok. The only thing is the shower is super small and almost tripped over the high ledge. Not to safe for handicap like me.

Horrible staff; rude and mannerless. I made a booking for a room apparently in an annex to the main building. You could hear everything from all directions. It was small and detached from the hotel.

Experience wasn’t good. Toilet didn’t work and we told that to receptionists. He said that they will check it while we’re away. When we came back it seemed that nothing done but it was late and we went to sleep. Next morning we found out that airconditioner unit (AC) didn’t work either. We went to tell this to the receptionist and also that the toilet didn’t work still. They said that they will send someone to fix it. Man came and try his best but it didn’t help. Then very helpful receptionist take us to another room but there was a same problem, the AC unit didn’t work. Then she search the third room and we moved our things there. My boyfriend went to shower and the shower water didn’t flush, it was stuck. Once again we had to contact the reception. First one woman came to check the situation and try to wash the shower sink but it didn’t help and after that once again they send a man to fix it. It took some time and my boyfriend was waiting all that time a towel around him and hoping to get back to shower. Man made the shower working and we were very thankful of that. Then I received a phonecall from receptionist who was asking is the shower working. I told that it’s good. I was waiting her to do some kind of polite gesture because of all inconvenience what has happened to us because of choosing this hotel, I even asked that don’t they send or give something extra for us because of this chaotic experiencies. She said that she is sorry but they don’t have that kind of thing.

Es war wieder alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit

Buona Posizione poco distante dalla stazione dei treni. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale disponibile.

Servizio e disponibilità del personale davvero eccellente, tutti molto gentili e cordiali. Posizione buona, vicino alla stazione e non lontano da Marienplatz (circa 20 minuti a piedi, 1,5km). Di sera, dopo una certa ora (dopo le 22) la zona non mi è sembrata delle migliori vista la presenza di certa gente ma basta stare un po' attenti e rimanere nelle vie principali. Camera familiare da 4 molto grande, bagno idem e letti molto comodi. Colazione di buon livello molto varia e ben fornita. Ci sono molti cantieri rumorosi nei dintorni ma è sufficiente tenere le finestre chiuse. Ci tornerei.

Great hotel. Very clean and well located it I recommend this place for tour next visit to Munich.

Sehr nettes Personal und wenn was war war sofort jemand da.Das Frühstück ist auch Top. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut.jeder Zeit würde da wieder hin.

Sauberes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal! Dazu die zentrale Lage !
