Europa-Park is closed from December 24-25, 2025. Rulantica water park is closed from November 17-27, 2025, and from December 24-25, 2025. Entry to Europa-Park is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance by calling the Europa-Park hotels directly. Tickets cannot be purchased online. Tickets valid for a one-day visit to Rulantica water park must be purchased in advance by calling the Europa-Park hotels directly. Tickets cannot be purchased online. This property does not have an onsite swimming pool. Shuttle service to the partner hotels and to the entrance of Europa-Park is provided. 

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
