Top class . Makes you feel royal . You cannot get any better breakfast than this . Location amazing. Hospitality 7 star . My best hotel and resort stay ever . Better than any RIU or Marriott or Atlantis or Disney . They are better than Disney in taking care of you !

We had a fantastic stay at Amazon Mykonos Resorts & Spa in Mykonos! The staff were amazing — super kind, attentive, and very detail-oriented. The team at the restaurant was especially great: always welcoming, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
The views from the hotel were beautiful, and we really appreciated the room upgrade offer for $150 cash. The upgraded room was spacious and included a lovely bathtub — a great value that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing we’d suggest for improvement is heating the private pools. We visited in mid-April, and unfortunately, the water was far too cold to enjoy — even the main pool wasn’t heated. It was a bit of a shame because everything else was perfect, and that small detail would’ve completed the experience.
Overall, though, it’s a wonderful hotel with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. We’d happily come back — especially if the pools are heated next time!

This is one of those places that deserves its reviews. The young staff are all very nice and personable. I was treated very well and my room upgrade meant that I got to see the sunset off my balcony. I was there at the end of the season so it wasn’t very busy. This is both good and bad because it was quieter but all the good restaurants in Mykonos were closed. The resort is a little far from the main town and I wasn’t in the mood to drive much so I ate at the resort restaurant which is just ok. The breakfast, however, is very good. The location on the side of a hill overlooking the beach is amazing. The views are incredible and it’s nice and quiet. I highly recommend it.

They broke my luggage bringing it to the room. They also so replaced it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Especially the front office. Wven the cleaning ladies catered to my needs. Lovely spot.

Pros: New facility, great view from most rooms, restaurant was very nice and breakfast excellent. Staff mostly tried hard.
Cons: They claim this is a 5 star place so it shouldn't have:Terrible diesel fumes from a generator all over the place. A 5 star hotel doesn't have you sit and wait while a group of others that arrived on the same shuttle is checked in by one person and there is another person available. An oiled stained concrete drive leads to the rooms. Some extremely tacky interior design to the point of being embarassing. Expedia, I ended up paying for my "free" Platinum room upgrade and the place was mostly empty. A serious lack of 5 star servise at the spa, frankly rude. A 7:30 AM scheduled departure to the airport shouldn't mean 7:45 because another guest is running late. These are training issues that could be overlooked at if you'r not claiming 5 stars. A nice place but it generally lacks charm.
A long ways to go to be 5 Stars.
