Die Hotelanlage ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war immer sehr umfangreich und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Buffetauswahl war riesig und täglich gab es unterschiedliche Themenabende. Am Tage gab es immer ein Programm für jung und alt, sowie am Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm mit Musik, Akrobaten und Show. Die beiden Themenrestaurants könnten aus meiner Sicht ein wenigvielfältigere Kost anbieten, zumindest das asiatische Restaurant. Das war von der Auswahl nicht so sehr viel. Ein kleines Manko ist eventuell die Liegenanzahl am Strand und Poolbereich. Am Strand sollte zumindest noch mehr Liegen aufgestellt werden, da es immer zu wenige gab, wenn man nicht gerade am Vormittag kam. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!

We spent an incredible week at Arina hotel in October , 2025. The room on the first line was spacious and clean, the seaside view and a private pool & sun beds were great. The reception team Natia, Giorgios and all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The evening shows were a real fun especially with entertainment team, dancers and performers. Appreciated that, as there was literally nothing to do or to go to outside the hotel The food at main restaurant was diverse and delicious, and huge props to the restaurant manager Giorgio and all the staff for their hard work. Many thanks to the superstar bartenders for the perfect service. Marina, Olga, Myrto, Dimitri, Panagiotis- cheers I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fun getaway. Thank you Arina Hotel, hope to come back soon.

Property is nice, close to the airport, a lot to do for kids. Nice water rides, beach was great, clean pools, hard working staff, good food selection but was a little repetitive after 3 days. Check-out time is at 11am and they would not extend to 12 or 12:30pm. Just be aware in case your flight is late and have kids.

Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. Really happy.

Checkin was a breeze. They upgraded my room. Very clean. Our family enjoyed the many food options. Water was cold in April but kids loved the slides. Hotel is a 15 minute taxi from airport and we arrived early. Delighted that we were able to access our room immediately and even had a complementary upgrade. We can honestly recommend the swim up rooms, and location right on beachfront was amazing. The mini bar only sticks a small selection of fizzy soft drinks and a couple of bottles of still water. So don’t expect wine or beer! Staff were without fail polite and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so relaxing and lovely.

This is truly a great hotel for people looking for a full inclusive stay. Personnel is very qualified and helpful. Everyone is also very nice and attentive to details. Everything is remarkably clean and cleaning crew deserves nothing but praises. The food is also truly surprising by its quality, very fresh, tasteful and a gigantic choice. The buffet changes a bit everyday and there are options for any diet. The buffet is actually so good that both 'a la carte' restaurants feel underwhelming in comparison. Very good option for families with young children as there are water slides, pools everywhere, games, quality activities every nights and a gigantic beach. The tiny gym is functional but not remarkable. The only real downside to know before you go there is that planes fly almost above the hotel to land in Heraklion. Noise is not overwhelming but you hear it clearly. It gets a bit annoying on the long run as they are very frequent during the day. Overall a wonderful stay.

Property is nice, close to the airport, a lot to do for kids. Nice water rides, beach was great, clean pools, hard working staff, good food selection but was a little repetitive after 3 days. Check-out time is at 11am and they would not extend to 12 or 12:30pm. Just be aware in case your flight is late and have kids.

5 Tage pure Erholung. Das Hotel ist super, einfach alles. Super nettes Personal, sehr gutes Essen, die Anlage. Perfekt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. Really happy.

Checkin was a breeze. They upgraded my room. Very clean. Our family enjoyed the many food options. Water was cold in April but kids loved the slides. Georgios at check in took extra care to make sure the chef knew of my son’s allergies. This property is well kept, and service was great.concierge gave great recommendations to see the area. Hotel is a 15 minute taxi from airport and we arrived early. Delighted that we were able to access our room immediately and even had a complementary upgrade. We can honestly recommend the swim up rooms, and location right on beachfront was amazing. The mini bar only sticks a small selection of fizzy soft drinks and a couple of bottles of still water. So don’t expect wine or beer! Staff were without fail polite and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so relaxing and lovely.

This is truly a great hotel for people looking for a full inclusive stay. Personnel is very qualified and helpful. Everyone is also very nice and attentive to details. Everything is remarkably clean and cleaning crew deserves nothing but praises. The food is also truly surprising by its quality, very fresh, tasteful and a gigantic choice. The buffet changes a bit everyday and there are options for any diet. The buffet is actually so good that both 'a la carte' restaurants feel underwhelming in comparison. Very good option for families with young children as there are water slides, pools everywhere, games, quality activities every nights and a gigantic beach. The tiny gym is functional but not remarkable. The only real downside to know before you go there is that planes fly almost above the hotel to land in Heraklion. Noise is not overwhelming but you hear it clearly. It gets a bit annoying on the long run as they are very frequent during the day. Overall a wonderful stay.
