Astros Beach Hotel

The location of the hotel is great. It is close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The biggest problem however, was that the hotel was poorly staffed. One person was expected to cook, serve, make coffees for all the guests. By the time a coffee was ready the meal was finished. This wasn't the fault of the employee but rather of how they managed their personnel. We had to ask for amenities such as soap, towels, an iron on a regular basis. Our room was not cleaned daily and there were days when the bed wasn't even made. When this was brought up to the staff the response received was, "oh did you want your room cleaned every day?" We were asked not to inform management about this since the employee felt that she would get into "trouble". We did not have hot water on at least 4 days. Our bathroom was dirty and not cleaned. Upon check out, there was no one to be found! Overall, this was not a pleasant experience.
