Excellent staff and very nice location.

Gute Lage, die Altstadt von Chania ist in 15-20 zu Fuß erreichbar, der Strand in weniger als 5 Minuten. Das Frühstück im Hotel wird frisch auf Bestellung zubereitet, Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und die Zimmer modern und sauber. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are the nicest people and so friendly. The breakfast is over and above anywhere I have been. If you are lucky enough to come to Chania this is definitely the hotel to stay at.

This property has ruined it for all the other hotels! Best service, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful!! You feel completely spoiled! The room was beautiful! They thought of everything to make your stay elevated!! We can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. We will never stay anywhere else when we go to Chania. Every hotel we stay at from now on will be compared to the Flair!!

Lovely boutique hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was really modern and comfortable beach facilities were good as long as you booked and arrived early. Breakfast was really nice with personal service rather than buffet specific requirements were always met. Would definitely return.

The staff at this hotel are all absolutely lovely! Very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - very close to good restaurants and a short walk to the old town. The included breakfast was great too. The pool is not very impressive. But you are close to the beach, so it was not a problem.

Brilliant hotel and staff Lovely 360 restaurant We will be back

This hotel was okay, biggest draw is the location. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but the hotel felt like a four star, not a 5 star hotel. Also the weirdly rationed these were old towels which was strange, and not normal for a 5 star hotel.

The property is very clean and well maintained; great service and delicious breakfast. Our only issues are the location; not the 10 min walk to the old town, it is more 20 min walk each way and the zero views.

The staff are all amazing, the breakfast is fantastic if a little quirky which adds to it. Don’t usually get a full size sauna in the bedroom wow Location great and will be back

Hotel was lovely. I wish there had been a good concierge to make recommendations. Aside from that, the staff was wonderful.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel. From the welcoming glass of fizz to the attentive beach staff. Everything is geared to making your vacation memorable. We stayed for two weeks late April, our room had the promised half sea view ( not a distant glimpse) it was spacious, spotless and comfortable the housekeeping staff working hard to keep it that way. Particular mention must be made of the breakfast team, they supplied an amazing array, all made to order and brought to your table ( no buffet bun fights here) with a cheery smile and conversation, setting us up for the day. The hotel has the added advantage of being close to old town. But sufficiently distant to leave you in the company of true local Cretans with plentiful taverna providing fresh fish meals.

The professionalism and service from the staff at Hilton Flair hotel has been top notch from start to finish. Very generous too, from the sweets in the room at arrival, the Easter breads and eggs and when we checked out they even gave us a complimentary local olive oil. We love the dual showers in the room too, could see the sea from the shower area. Mia from Reception was great, she entertained my queries from the beginning and was very responsive on email. She also entertained my various requests for massage and reservation. Seriously great stay at Hilton Flair and I would definitely return to this hotel in a heart beat. Thank you to all the service staff for making our Chania stay so memorable. You guys are the best.

Our stay at Chania Flair was simply lovely! The hotel is immaculate and decorated and laid-out to a very high standard! The only things that could be improved would be if the hotel had a pool (the large hot-tub at the top of the hotel is lovely, but too small to swim in). But the hotel is in a nice location - 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Which is perfect, as you get to access everything, but is much quieter being that little bit from the town. The thing that HAS to be said about Chania Flair is how WONDERFUL the staff are! Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make our stay as fantastic as possible. The way we were treated meant that we didn't want to leave!

Von Service über Freundlichkeit (besonders Georga am Empfang ist ein totaler Sonnenschein an Person), Sauberkeit, Wohlfühlen alles perfekt. Besonders toll der warme! Indoor-Rooftop-Pool, ein absoluter Traum mit Blick über das Meer und den schönsten Sonnenuntergang der Insel. Insgesamt Hotel-Lage super, 10min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, 2min zu Fuß am Strand. Transport von Flughafen Chania zum Hotel kann übers Hotel für 33 Euro organisiert werden, pünktlich, hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist zwar kein Buffet aber man kann so viel und oft von einer Karte bestellen, was lauter „Kleinigkeiten“ sind wie bei einem Buffet, somit absolut gleichwertig. (ZB 3 Scheiben Putenbrust, 2 Stück Feta, Obst, Joghurt, Brot einzelne Scheiben je nachdem welches…) Das Hotelrestaurant ist auch super süß aber leider sehr teuer. Wir waren dort am 1. Abend und es war klar super lecker aber für eine (kleine, eine Frau absolut nicht satt-machende) Hauptspeise hat man so viel gezahlt wie nebenan für 2 große Hauptspeisen, Vorspeise, Nachspeise vom Haus und Schnaps vom Haus und Getränk. Das is tatsächlich schade, deshalb war das Restaurant im Hotel auch leer. Es wäre wirklich sehr lecker und natürlich exklusiver aber für den Hauch von Essen einfach zu teuer. Aber man muss da ja nicht hin, daher gibt es mMn am Hotel absolut gar nichts auszusetzen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

We stayed in Chania for our wedding anniversary at the Flair boutique in October. I can’t say enough about this hotel, staff, amenities and location. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. It’s about a 15 minute walk along the ocean to old town. The breakfast is amazing and the pool is heated with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean and unrestricted view of sunsets. All in all we would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The view from our balcony was of run down properties and you could smell food cooking which made sitting on the balcony not best experience. The staff friendly and very helpful. Run was nice.
