Wonderful staff extremely accommodating and pleasant. Our room had a beautiful view, it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent each morning on our private patio. Perfect location to explore Fira. We will absolutely stay here again.

Hotel was excellent!! Great location and nice room with great view but most of all, the reception and their service was wonderful!!!! So friendly and welcoming guests with right level of service!!! I would highly recommend everyone this hotel when going to Santorini. Your trip will become beautiful by staying here!! I would love to go back again.

I've traveled all over the world and stayed at many five-star hotels, but nothing compares to the enigmatic charm of the Enigma Suites and their staff, especially Chrysa and Lydia, who were simply the best—always helpful & with a smile; the amenities were outstanding, and the location was perfect.

This property is at a prime location with great views to the caldera and in the central of Fira. The property is very nice, clean, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are many shops and restaurants from a quick bite to a elegant.

This may be the best experience we’ve had at a hotel. The service was comparable to a 5 star hotel in the US. The room was amazing, amenities wonderful, the views spectacular and right in the center of Fira. Did I mention the service? 10 out of 10!

Amazing location, everything was walkable and communication was great. View from the room was beautiful, and the cave room itself was a great experience. Loved the welcome bottle of wine, the staff was so nice.

The suite was amazing with the best views of the caldera. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. All staff were very helpful and friendly. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The suite was very clean and the beds super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
