What an amazing facility with the most fantastic views including of the sunset. You almost don’t have to go anywhere else! The rooms are lovely, especially with a balcony and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back!

Upeat maisemat!! Ja sijainti mahtava! Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä! Huone siisti, mutta ehkä jopa karu. Olohuone olisi kaivannut maton kun kaikkialla on vain betonipintaa. Jostain tulee huoneeseen viemärin hajua. Kylpyhuone oli valitettavasti 2tähden pimeä betoninunkkeri. Ovien kahvat narisee, ei auttanut öljyäminen. Ikävä käydä yöllä vessassa kun kaikki herää kahvan kääntään. Juniorsviitti suoraan vastaanoton vieressä, johon puhelimen pirinä kuuluukin sitten yöllä ja aamulla kun yrittää nukkua.

Such an amazing stay. The staff were incredible and soo responsive. The hot tub, the scenery, breakfast to your room, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend we will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Enigma Suites was nothing short of exceptional. The location is outstanding — right in Fira, close to the best restaurants and venues, yet away from the most crowded and narrow tourist streets just a few hundred meters below. Access, which I was initially concerned about, turned out to be very smooth: luggage was collected by golf buggy, and walking up the hill was no issue. The view is simply breathtaking. In my opinion, Fira offers a much better perspective than Oia thanks to its steeper setting, and it is also more convenient for reaching the southern beaches and ancient ruins. Yes, there is music in the evenings, but it stops around midnight and is a small trade-off for the panorama. Our Junior Suite exceeded expectations with its mezzanine-style layout, high ceilings, and thoughtful design. Everything — from the solid fittings and amenities to the Bluetooth speaker and well-stocked fridge — reflected quality. Breakfast, served elegantly in-room with a white tablecloth and generous selection, was a highlight, even for us who usually prefer a restaurant setup. Service deserves a special mention. From the warm welcome with a chilled bottle of wine, to the personal recommendations, to the consistently genuine hospitality throughout our stay, the staff made the experience unforgettable. Enigma Suites combines comfort, location, and service at the highest level — highly recommended.

Super impressed by this hotel. It has such a premium location. Having breakfast at the private balcony overseeing the Mediterranean Sea in the morning felt so devine. The room is very clean. Most importantly, the service is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged private transportation wherever needed. They gave recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Welcome bottle of white wine and afternoon ice cream and beverage on the house was just such a nice touch. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is vacationing there.

This place was an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly attentive and extremely helpful when it came to reservations, recommendations and any help you may need. Morning breakfast was fantastic and the views out of this world. I hope I get the chance to stay again with them. They went above and beyond in service including surprising me with a birthday cake and drinks complimentary. I cannot say enough about Enigma Suites and the staff!!!

The most amazing hotel in Santorini. The location of this hotel is just the best in the entire Santorini. It has the best view. It's clean and comfortable. The owner and staff are beyond kind and accommodating. Thank you for the great stay. Also You can catch the best Sunsets of your life from this hotel.

Staff was fantastic, especially noting Chris and Nancy who went above and beyond. Views were best on the island, for sunset and otherwise. Good value and wonderful experience. Will return.

Unique experience. Breathtaking location - having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the caldera is not something you’ll forget. The friendly staff, especially Chris and Nancy, went above and beyond to accommodate my family. They’re the best. Will definitely come back!

Incredible service from start to finish. They arranged for private transport to and from the airport. They also arranged a private tour weeks before I got there. Upon our arrival, they met us (girls trip/me and my daughters) at the van and carried our luggage up the big hill and through the cobblestone streets until we arrived at a doorway overlooking the caldera seemingly to nowhere! Then you walk through the doorway and you realize it’s the steps down to the Cliffside hotel! What an entrance! We were in awe! Our suite was STUNNING! We had a beautiful veranda with 2 sunning beds, dining table and private pool/tub. Perfect to watch the caldera views and sunset. The suite is literally built into the cliffs. Very elegant and sophisticated. The loft area was the perfect sleeping quarters for my one daughter (24 years old) and my 19 year old slept on the sofa bed. I slept in the big bed! So comfy! A bottle of wine was presented to us upon our arrival. An amazing breakfast was delivered to us every morning on our terrace. Croissants, omelette, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and fresh OJ. We ate while enjoying our amazing views. The cafe attached to hotel is lovely and we enjoyed some cocktails and salads on our first night. It’s ideally situated right in town. So many restaurants and shopping. They also got us a reservation at a fantastic/exclusive restaurant on a sat night with only one day notice. Last day, 3 free drinks at night while we enjoyed our last sunset. Best time!

The service is top notch! As soon as we arrived the hotel we felt super welcomed and the staff is always available. Stunning sunset view and complimentary breakfast on your own patio was a huge plus. It was quite some climb but the staff carried our luggages. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Nancy and Chrisoula are amazing, Aldi, Touland and Stellar made our stay memorable. Property location is perfect and the view is absolutely stunning. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast gets brought to the room which you can enjoy from your room while looking at the caldera. Amazing boutique hotel.

Loved this hotel! We had an amazing view and spent many hours on the patio. Would definitely stay again!
