Despite the area, which wasn't as bad as you might think, this is an excellent choice to stay in Athens. The room was large, clean and the staff generally excellent.

Property was clean and newly renovated. The property description says that do not have an elevator so I was pleasantly surprised that they did have an elevator in operation. The breakfast was reasonably priced and very good. Would stay again!

It is a great price for a really good hotel actually. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to be quite central, at a budget, but with something better than what you pay for.

All was very tidy. Buffet for breakfast was alright for the Price. Only detail: no wardrobe or place to húng up clothes. Just 3 hooks in the toilet. My floor happened to have very bad behaved people that shouted out loud in the middle of the Night. 2am. Had to Call Reception because was very very bad. They must put rules on each room about How to respect sleeping hours.It Is a hotel, not a house.

Dans la chambre, une ampoule ne fonctionnait pas !
Il y avait une odeur pas très agréable, donc c’est dû au produit de nettoyage utilisé soit effectivement à un défaut d’entretien suffisant.
Le petit déjeuner était moyen, le jus d’orange n’en était pas un pour ma part car ça ressemblait plutôt à un produit chimique et transformé.
Sinon, le personnel est sympathique, l’hôtel est bien situé et la taille des chambres correcte.

What to say. Hotel labelled as ****, but in reality far from that. In addition, incorrect description. There is no restaurant and the rooms are all but sound proofed. We nearly didn't sleep these two nights because of the noise of teenagers running and screaming around until early morning. Hotel staff had blocked a fire safety door, and it was forbidden to close it, which would have helped against the noise. Maybe someone could explain them that these doors even must be closed. In my room, I couldn't open any window, AC was not working well, stinky bathroom, the shower was dirty and missing one door, the electricity fuse board as well as the fridge (just beside the bed) were so noisy that I had to switch them off during the night. Unsecured cable coming out of the wall and internet not working all the time. And then at the end they even refused to provide correct invoices, we had requested separated invoices for the days and food on a separate invoice. Breakfast as such was not bad, but made it a horrible experience with these huge groups of teenagers being there at the same time and making quite a mess. Hotel management unable to care for such big groups. Will definitely NOT be back or recommend, even if the price is not bad and the location, close to the metro, definitely an advantage.

This is really a nice hotel. Customer service is friendly, comfort is good, cleanness and wifi are above average.
My room was on a high floor, so it was very quiet, too.
Oh, and breakfast is also good!
The location is not in a touristy area, but it is in walking distance (250m) to the metro underground at Omonia Square.
The one fun thing would be the elevators, that are either for two people, or only one person with a bag.
I can recommend this hotel.

My stay was god. Everybody were so helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean but with no closet, don't know if all rooms are similar, so I kept my luggage unpacked..this was my only cons. Buffet at night and in the morning were fair and quiet acceptable. The staff responded to all my need. I highly recommend

Det er vanskelig å finne et hotell som gir god valuta for pengene i Athen. De solide hotellene koster, mens de rimelige er stort sett skuffende. Men Evita Asty var en hyggelig overraskelse for meg: rent, pent, bra utstyrt, behagelig personale og en fin lokalisering ikke langt fra Omononie med buss og Metro. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Avevo fatto una richiesta per avere 2 letti separati ma mi è stato detto che in tutta la struttura non erano disponibili. La stanza assegnata era molto piccola, e non era molto pulita, c'erano molti capelli a terra e il balconcino esterno dava sul retro fatiscente dell'edificio. C'era il motore dei riscaldamenti, credo, che era molto fastidioso e dovevi tenere la finestra chiusa.
Non si poteva aprire un cassetto perchè sbatteva contro la scrivania quindi lo spazio era ancora minore.
C'erano anche dei lavori di ristrutturazione nell'hotel o nelle vicinanze immediate quindi c'era un rumore molto alto e non riuscivo a fare delle video chiamate di lavoro.
Unica nota positiva il bagno spazioso ma la doccia perdeva acqua e si allagava.
Per il prezzo pagato il soggiorno è stato molto deludente.

This 3 star hotel has very friendly staff that are very accommodating. The hotel is clean. It’s in a great location for walking to a lot of places in Athens. As a woman I would like to see a full length mirror in the room that’s my only suggestion

Nice, cozy property in that price range. Appreciate the guest services of the respective property management staff, they were awesome!
However, the neighbourhood is the point of concern, specifically at night time. Heads up regarding the Air Conditioning condition, not a great one. It's recommended to check out the air conditioner performance before opening up the luggage. Also, we experienced intermittent water supply issues during shower time!
