Fabuleux séjour au Letsos hôtel, le personnel est très serviable et très gentil, les chambres deluxe sont belle est propre la piscine est un peu fraîche. Petit bémol le petit dej pas assez varié à mon goût mais dans l’ensemble tout été très bien.

Amazing stay at Letsos! The staff can’t do enough for you they’re so attentive, pool facility is amazing as well as the Nisos pool bar which we had breakfast at everyday (full English for only €7.50!) and drinks at night were lovely there too. Shops and bars/restaurants just down the road and the beach too. Only downside was the showers were never hot enough and didn’t drain very quick which resulted in a flooded bathroom one night! Rooms just need a little updating.

Cleanliness wasn’t always great in the room or to the bar area, the sun beds are poorly maintained and the toilets by the bar are poorly maintained .The staff in the bar like the music up very high they seem to think the guest like it hence the bar is regularly empty they might want to think about playing more current music too. Air Con expensive . The games room needs repairing just about everything damaged. That said generally staff are very friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable and the hotel is a great base for its ratings and it’s in great location within the resort.

Breakfast & evening meal virtually inedible . Can't complain too much as you get what you pay for. If you want 5* Vegas -don't go 3* Greece!

Le foto non rendono giustizia a questo grazioso hotel. Ho soggiornato lì per una settimana e davvero lo consiglio. In pieno centro di Alikanas quindi con tutti i negozi e i ristoranti a portata di mano e a due passi dal mare. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. La pulizia non è il top di gamma (ma cmq accettabile) così come la colazione che è il tipico English breakfast.. quindi gli amanti di yogurt, marmellate, croissant e caffè all'italiana girino al largo. Le stanze sono carine e spaziose con un balconcino grazioso. Insomma.. davvero lo consiglio, ma con solo pernottamento! L'isola è un sogno.. la più bella della Grecia.

Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda lepiej jak w środku. Pokój dostaliśmy bardzo nisko przez co nie mieliśmy w ogóle słońca w pokoju! Bardzo depresyjnie i mrocznie. Bliskość zbiornika wodnego przyciąga komary i muszki a one gekony, które wędrują sobie po suficie i ścianach pokoju. Tak więc z tarasu nie skorzystaliśmy ani razu. Kabina prysznicowa czy sedes powinien zostać wymieniony wieki temu. Aneks kuchenny pomimo, że był dla nas priorytetem poszedł w odstawkę i zdecydowaliśmy się na restaurację. Internet praktycznie w ogóle nie działa w piwnicy jakiej mieszkaliśmy. Całkiem przyjemny jest jedynie basen z leżakami, parking przed hotelem i lodówka, która mroziła porządnie.

Moved to mediocre room in main hotel after having to suffer one night in annex room, had loud dunken arguing neighbours all night. The actual hotel room had broken shower, badly stained toilet seat and smell of the drains while on the balcony. You had to hire a kettle at 10 euros to make tea or coffee.

LETSOS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN THE ROOMS ARE DARK DINGY AND DIRTY ASWELL AS SCABBY FLAKY PAINTED WALLS. IN MY ROOM THERE WAS A LARGE HOLE IN THE FLOOR WHICH FLOODED THE BATHROOM EVERYTIME I HAD A SHOWER NOR IS THERE ANY HOT WATER IF YOU WANT TO SHOWER OT HAS TO BE STONE COLD. THE TVS DONT WORK NEITHER DOES THE AIR CON OR WIFI THE ROOFS LEAK WHEN IT RAINS AS SEEN IN PICTURE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR. STAYING HERE RUINED MY HOLIDAY FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED AS THE WEEK WENT BY I HEARD OF MANY OTHER CONPLAINTS FROM PEOPLE STAYING HERE INCLUDING ELECTRIC SHOCKS FROM THE COOKERS IN THIER ROOMS AND CHIDREN CUTTING THIER FEET ON BROKEN TILES IN THE POOL. L'appartamento ha arredamento vecchio, muri con muffa e scrostrati, frigo arruginito, appartamento maleodorante, doccia con muffa e tenda inutilizzabile. pulizia insesistente nonostante avvenisse ogni 2 giorni. 1 asciugamano a testa ogni 2 giorni. la cucina inutilizzabile: piastre elettriche tipo da campeggio, ma stoviglie in dotazione inesistenti: 2 piatti, posate contate e arrugginite, 2 pentolini vecchi che puzzavano quindi tutto inutilizzabile. reception chiusa di sera e notte. pentita di aver prenotato qui, costava troppo per quello che offriva. si lamentavano TUTTI TUTTI TUTTI

1 to 2 stars at most as only a handful of rooms resembles the photos online (all other rooms are even more basic). Don't be mislead by other good reviews as those guests may be accustomed to staying at 1 star facilities/hostels so this hotel falls in line with that level. The point is, this is not even 3 star if you are looking for a hotel with a standard higher than the very basic bed and shower. They should show the pictures of the rest of the rooms to give guests a better idea of what they are paying for.

Arrivati nel´hotel ci hanno assegnato una camera non in quella struttura ma di fronte ad un ristorante.la camera era penosa e puzzolente .dopo aver reclamato il giorno dopo ci hanno dato un´altra camera all´hotel discreta ,il box doccia era rotto e usciva l acqua anche nello scarico. Le lampadine a penzoloni I letti sono stati uniti con il materasso uno piu alto dell´altro.

La pulizia non è il top di gamma (ma cmq accettabile) così come la colazione che è il tipico English breakfast.. quindi gli amanti di yogurt, marmellate, croissant e caffè all'italiana girino al largo. Le stanze sono carine e spaziose con un balconcino grazioso. Insomma.. davvero lo consiglio, ma con solo pernottamento! L'isola è un sogno.. la più bella della Grecia.

Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda lepiej jak w środku. Pokój dostaliśmy bardzo nisko przez co nie mieliśmy w ogóle słońca w pokoju! Bardzo depresyjnie i mrocznie. Bliskość zbiornika wodnego przyciąga komary i muszki a one gekony, które wędrują sobie po suficie i ścianach pokoju. Tak więc z tarasu nie skorzystaliśmy ani razu. Kabina prysznicowa czy sedes powinien zostać wymieniony wieki temu. Aneks kuchenny pomimo, że był dla nas priorytetem poszedł w odstawkę i zdecydowaliśmy się na restaurację. Internet praktycznie w ogóle nie działa w piwnicy jakiej mieszkaliśmy. Całkiem przyjemny jest jedynie basen z leżakami, parking przed hotelem i lodówka, która mroziła porządnie.

Given an annex room across road from main hotel. Worst room I have been in in over 40 years of going to Greece. Moved to mediocre room in main hotel after having to suffer one night in annex room, had loud dunken arguing neighbours all night. The actual hotel room had broken shower, badly stained toilet seat and smell of the drains while on the balcony. You had to hire a kettle at 10 euros to make tea or coffee.

LETSOS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN THE ROOMS ARE DARK DINGY AND DIRTY ASWELL AS SCABBY FLAKY PAINTED WALLS. IN MY ROOM THERE WAS A LARGE HOLE IN THE FLOOR WHICH FLOODED THE BATHROOM EVERYTIME I HAD A SHOWER NOR IS THERE ANY HOT WATER IF YOU WANT TO SHOWER OT HAS TO BE STONE COLD. THE TVS DONT WORK NEITHER DOES THE AIR CON OR WIFI THE ROOFS LEAK WHEN IT RAINS AS SEEN IN PICTURE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR. STAYING HERE RUINED MY HOLIDAY FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED AS THE WEEK WENT BY I HEARD OF MANY OTHER CONPLAINTS FROM PEOPLE STAYING HERE INCLUDING ELECTRIC SHOCKS FROM THE COOKERS IN THIER ROOMS AND CHIDREN CUTTING THIER FEET ON BROKEN TILES IN THE POOL. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST IT IS A COMPLETE DUMP

settimana centrale di agosto, io e mio fratello. appartemento n. 12. nonostatnte le tre stelle, le belle foto, siamo arrivati e non potevamo credere ai nostri occhi. a differenza di quanto promesso e scritto sul sito, nessun servizio navetta a disposizione da/per aeroporto. taxi 28€ a tratta. L'appartamento ha arredamento vecchio, muri con muffa e scrostrati, frigo arruginito, appartamento maleodorante, doccia con muffa e tenda inutilizzabile. pulizia insesistente nonostante avvenisse ogni 2 giorni. 1 asciugamano a testa ogni 2 giorni. la cucina inutilizzabile: piastre elettriche tipo da campeggio, ma stoviglie in dotazione inesistenti: 2 piatti, posate contate e arrugginite, 2 pentolini vecchi che puzzavano quindi tutto inutilizzabile. reception chiusa di sera e notte. pentita di aver prenotato qui, costava troppo per quello che offriva. si lamentavano TUTTI TUTTI TUTTI

1 to 2 stars at most as only a handful of rooms resembles the photos online (all other rooms are even more basic). Don't be mislead by other good reviews as those guests may be accustomed to staying at 1 star facilities/hostels so this hotel falls in line with that level. The point is, this is not even 3 star if you are looking for a hotel with a standard higher than the very basic bed and shower. They should show the pictures of the rest of the rooms to give guests a better idea of what they are paying for.

je n'ai jamais étais autant mal accueillie les chambre était horrible mais le pire a était le premier jour a notre arrivé la femme a la reception nous dis que l'hôtel est complet alors qu'on avait une reservation. Suite à ca elle nous place dans une chambre dans un bâtiment annexe le l'hôtel ou meme mon chien ne dormirai pas. Si vous avez une reservation à cette hôtel il est encore temp de l'annuler

Arrivati nel´hotel ci hanno assegnato una camera non in quella struttura ma di fronte ad un ristorante.la camera era penosa e puzzolente .dopo aver reclamato il giorno dopo ci hanno dato un´altra camera all´hotel discreta ,il box doccia era rotto e usciva l acqua anche nello scarico. Le lampadine a penzoloni I letti sono stati uniti con il materasso uno piu alto dell´altro.
