I was very impressed with the New Hotel. It is a very nice boutique hotel with very cool style. We stayed here for only two nights and unfortunately did not have time to make use of the amenities or visit the restaurants. The room itself was small but very nice. My only complaint was it could have used more counter space by the bathroom. In particular, the service stood out to me. The doorman and front desk staff were lovely every time we interacted with them. The location is excellent and was walkable to everything. Overall, I would say the value for the money is excellent. Having stayed here and at a more expensive hotel in Athens in the same week I definitely think New Hotel was more worthwhile.

We loved the funky, modern design of the New Hotel. The location is super convenient. We could walk to all the major sights and excellent dining nearby. The rooftop terrace is a must for drinks and views of the acropolis. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Our kids didn’t love the frosted glass walls for the bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect for our family.

The stay was fine, but not a 5-star experience. It was very hot in the city, so I set the air conditioning to 20 degrees Celsius, and the room was still warm. The elevator takes a long time to open (there's only one). And finally, the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room the first day, despite having reported it. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice and well-located.
