Disgusting hotel and staff I actually left and booked another hotel despite losing my money it was that bad !! Unsafe surrounded by homeless, dirty , noisy and filthy. Do Not book this hotel from the false photos and description False Advertising it is at most a 2 star , i’ve seen better hostels . Poor location, awful hotel and dreadful service. Be warned!

L’hôtel en lui-même est bien, il est assez récent, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres. Le petit déjeuner est varié et tout à fait correct. Le quartier par contre n’est pas terrible du tout Un vrai plus pour nous, qui étions en voiture, c’est qu’il y a un petit parking sécurisé et gratuit. Nous y avons séjourné trois nuits, la première, et la dernière étaient parfaites, par contre la deuxième nuit fut catastrophique ! Des étudiants avaient élu domicile dans le même hôtel, et y ont fait la fête durant plusieurs heures dans la nuit, sans que le personnel de l’hôtel n’intervienne… et pourtant cela s’entendait dans tout l’hôtel. En plus de cela, le même jour, la chambre n’a pas été réellement faite, c’est-à-dire que les couettes étaient juste balancées sur le lit et le papier toilette non remplacé. D’où notre avis très mitigé sur cet hôtel.

Location is very convenient to get to the downtown shops and restaurants. Lots of large tours of students can't thru but the staff placed us above them so it was not a problem. The bar and breakfast were excellent. The pool wasn't open is my only complaint but it's unusually cold still. The staff were amazing.

Zimmer und Frühstück ist gut, die rooftop bar ist sehr gut. Zimmer veraltet und riehen. Das Empfangspersonal ist arrogant und nicht hilfsbereit. Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Camera pulita e grande. Rooftop Bar e Ristorante molto piacevoli e cibo con ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo. Personale dell'hotel molto gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione. Disponibili al late check out. Dintorni dell'albergo non così piacevoli specialmente alla sera e molto traffico.

El hotel está muy bien equipado y el personal es muy amable. No está mal ubicado para lo que queríamos visitar, aunque es verdad que en alguna zona de los alrededores el ambiente no era el mejor... Pero eso ya no es cosa del hotel y es un detalle que no influyó en el disfrute de nuestra estancia. A destacar el desayuno tipo buffet, muy completo.

Hotel on its own is a fantastic place to stay. Personal are great. Breakfast and rooms are fantastic. The only issue seams to happen are hobos that hanging out on street behind th hotel. You just need to make a second tour to access city centre which is few minutes farther. Other than this everything is just wonderful

Je ne recommande pas le quartier est tres sale et dangereux pour des personnes seules. Hotel avec besoin de rénovation.

Novus City definitely seems to be one of the nicer hotels in the area, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, seemingly genuinely wanting to make sure our stay was good. The room (we had an executive room on the 6th floor) was spacious, clean, quiet and had a lovely comfy bed. With a couple of extra chairs and plenty of space for 2 people to put their bags and clothes, it made a nice change from most hotels where there's usually barely space for 1 person! There were a few disappointing aspects though, that I feel were rather misleading from the website... Rooms are listed as having city views, but there are non-opening blinds on all the windows, and even if you peek out the cracks, the "city view" in our higher-floor room was a wall and a bus park between us and the next building. The shower in the huge bathroom was broken, so had to be held by hand instead of the "monsoon shower" it was listed as. There was also no extractor fan so it steamed up very quickly in there and towels didn't really dry. The biggest disappointment, however, was the roof terrace and pool, which were one of the main factors for us choosing this hotel. The pool was completely closed and drained for the winter, and in fact absolutely tiny anyway. We couldn't even sit by it and enjoy the view because the area was chained off. The roof terrace - with the lovely views of the city and Acropolis - was closed when it rained but then not opened hours later when it was fine. A great shame!

From the roof top bar you had a fantastic view of the Acropolis.

Ambiente pulito con personale efficiente. Hotel in zona un po’ brutta la sera ma vicino alla metro,. La struttura necessita di maggior manutenzione nelle stanze. Nella mostra c’eran in po’ dì riparazioni da fare tra bagno e tende

Great breakfast, excellent rooftop patio and pool with great views of the Acropolis. Ask for rooms furthest from elevator very noisy. Great staff.

Lovely hotel, nice small pool at the roof and very helpful staff for me and my daughter. Many homeless people around but they did not create any problems or uneasy atmosphere. We can only recommend this place.

It was a very nice hotel, the staff were kind and friendly, the rooftop restaurant and pool were fantastic, our room was large and comfortable and it was very close to a train line. The area outside and to the left was sketchy and there were a lot of homeless people in the alley behind the hotel but no one ever bothered us and it didn’t feel unsafe
