Fuimos recibidos con sonrisas y una amabilidad única, además de unas bebidas de cortesía muy buenas. La primera habitación que nos asignaron no cumplió con nuestras expectativas, ya que estaba justo al lado del baño público del hotel y los olores que provenían de allí no eran nada agradables. Otro detalle del primer cuarto es que el techo tenía una mancha en el área del aire acondicionado, lo cual no daba la mejor impresión. Solicité un cambio de habitación explicando las razones; al principio, la señora que nos atendió se mostró un poco incómoda, pero enseguida nos confirmaron el cambio. La nueva habitación estaba mucho mejor, aunque tenía un único inconveniente: el baño era extremadamente pequeño, y al usar la ducha el agua se salía y mojaba todo el piso. El personal, en general, fue sumamente amable y siempre pendiente de todo. El desayuno podría tener más variedad; le damos una calificación de 2.5/5. El hotel está a unos 7 a 13 minutos caminando de Naoussa, en una zona muy tranquila y con una bonita vista. Otro punto, el hotel indica tiene estacionamiento gratuito; sin embargo, no tiene lote de estacionamiento sino hay que ubicar el auto, o moto en la calle.

My husband and I booked 3 nights at Opal for our honeymoon and were treated like VIP guests every single day. Our room was upgraded, and staff brought our bags to and from our room on check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly and provided amazing recommendations for beaches, hikes, restaurants, coffee shops and more. The room was very clean and well equipped with everything and anything you would want or need. We can’t speak highly enough about this amazing hotel!

Hotel was located in a great spot, views from the room down to the water were perfect. The staff were exceptional good nothing was a hassle.

Opal Paros was our favorite hotel that my husband and I have ever stay in! The staff was above and beyond for our entire stay. The location was a perfect walk away from the main streets of Naousa. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Paros!

Incredible stay in a great location. Every detail has been meticulously considered, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. It truly was a home away from home!

The staff in reception is excellent. So is the luggage person, very polite. Room is a bit small and we had issues with the toilet seat that never got fixed. Trash bin in bathroom is very tiny. Overall the hotel is very welcoming, nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond to help

Nice hotel, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. Short walk into town. The main issue was the lack of consistent handrails with the many sets of stairs. This was particularly challenging for my elderly parent. Otherwise, it was a great overall experience.

My absolute favorite place to stay in Paros! The most wonderful staff, comfortable rooms and the beds are to die for! I love this place part because you can walk into town in the evenings and yet not be stuck in the madness of the town. But truly - it’s the lovely people who make it so special and feel at home.

Relaxing, tranquil property with amazing service. Concierge team arranged transfers, beach club and confirmed our plans for us. Couldn’t have been more helpful!

Great place to stay. We booked for 3 nights and received an upgrade for the last 2, to a larger room with a jacuzzi. The front desk is very helpful and asked about our plans daily and gave good recommendations. The hotel also had a lot of parking on the road, if you want to rent a car.

Staying at Opal Paros was such a wonderful treat! The property is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is truly exceptional, kind and professional. We were very happy with the location, as it made it very easy to walk around the area and explore even more in Paros. Would definitely recommend!
