Staff were rude and not helpful. Deliberately made you wait to check in. Offered some people welcome drinks but not everyone. Room was motion censored for AC so if you were sleeping it would not come on and it would get very warm. Scale did not work low on battery. Came into the room even with the do not disturb light on, which they pointed out to you so you know they use it. Location was perfect!

Fint hotell med bra rum och sängar. Frukosten var fantastisk. Poolen var dock väldigt liten, men varför bada i pool när man kan bada i havet?

breakfast was excellent! plenty of healthy choices. what a boast of energy to start a busy exploring day at Chania.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic breakfast, very nice location very close to Harbour and old town.

This hotel is right in the centre of Chania in a perfect location - it's a short walk to the main harbour and only a few minutes away from the bus station if you're planning day trips further afield. Breakfast was beautiful and the service was brilliant with everyone we interacted with in the hotel. A couple of small downsides - the gym is very small, and the indoor pool is in a bit of an odd place as it's in the restaurant! We would definitely stay again.

Clean great location and beautiful property

Hotel 5 etoiles, tres bien place entre lecentre ville et le port de Chania. Excellent petit dejeuner. Jolie chambre. Cote epique....une piscine toute petite dans la salle du petit dejeuner....l'idee, y prendre un verre le corps immergé facon Cretoise !

Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, professionell und stets freundlich. Die Hotelzimmer waren modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung in den Zimmern. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gäbe, dann vielleicht den Duft in den Gängen, der für meinen Geschmack ein wenig zu intensiv war. Aber insgesamt war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt!”

This hotel was an extremely lucky find! Their rates are great, it's a new build and the design is very modern. the smart features in the room are a great touch and work flawlessly. the internet is great. one of the best things is that hotels always suck with room lighting. this place definetly does not. I loved the relax lighting options as well. my bed was also pretty awesome :) firmness varies from person to person but for me it was just right, and the sheet quality was awesome. I think above all the staff is helpful and kind and that really made me happy. As others have said the location is also very convenient.

I love this hotel and enjoyed my stay here so much! The location is perfect, just within 3 mins walking distance to the old Venetian harbour and nearby attractions. The room was modern designed and decorated. I especially loved the bathroom as the shower area was the spacious one I’ve ever seen. I must mention the FREE breakfast here, the restaurant offers a wide varieties of choices at the buffet bar, additionally, I could order other options from their a la carte menu. The food were all delectable!! I’m impressed by their staff member - Mira, i was truly impressed by her passion for work. All of the staff members here are amiable, polite and helpful. With this top-notch accommodation and service, it really value for money.

Perfume smell was overwhelming and lights in room not nice. Convenient location.

Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful room. It wasn’t a “city view” as advertised though.

This was a fabulous hotel, as promised. Can't wait to return.
