The hotel was immaculate. The staff incredibly attentive. Easy to move around between the mall and hotel. The only negative was that food in the hotel was extremely overpriced.

Wonderful hotel to stay in, one of the best. The newly renovated rooms are perfect for a sound nights sleep. I loved the extra refrigerator draw to put non bar purchases. Nicole who checked us in provided wonderful service, so friendly.The only down sides were waiting for elevators and the line to get in for breakfast buffet in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout.

The room i stayed was recently renovated and it is clean with all the needed toiletries provided. The room has an amazing view facing the harbour. Fruits were provided in the room and ecen chocolates on a particular day! It is connected to the hotel and the MTR so it is very accessible to move around.

I was so expressed with every aspect of my stay at Island Shangri-La. First, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Sam at the front desk gave me a smooth check-in, which was particularly appreciated after a very long flight to Hong Kong. Tom at the bells desk offered great advice from where to get some yummy dim sum to where to get a men's haircut close by. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower amenities were great. The hotel has some nice restaurants too if you need a bite. The location is excellent, as it's connected to the Pacific Place mall that has lots of great shops and eateries. I would definitely, without hesitation, stay here again the next time I come to Hong Kong.

I like Shangrila hotels in general. This one is a bit dated. Needs a rooftop bar. Restaurants are expensive and so so. Central atrium is huge and useless. Rooms are small. Furniture and bathrooms need a redo. Lobby is poorly designed. Basically looks like a 1980’s hotel. All the more so since I just came from a cheaper suite in a brand new hotel in Macau. Night and day That said staff are pleasant and room staff are good. A pleasant stay but not very good value.

The facility is well maintained. We had the harbour view which was fantastic. Location is very convenient, just at the Central. Only suggestion is that the staff should be more friendly. Some of the staff is not smilling and very cold.

The Shangri-La never disappoints. Highly encourage a harbour view room to watch the lights in the evening and have the most stunning view to wake up to. The concierge—particularly Claude—was incredibly helpful with planning.

Island Shangri-la has great access to public transportation if you want to explorer Hong Kong. They are located by 2 malls so shopping and dining isn’t an issue. Summer Place was great and has a Michelin Star to prove it. Sarah Wong was wonderful when there was an issue with the blinds. She helped us move to a different room. I highly recommend Island Shangri-La
