A wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the amazing people who work here. Special shout-out to the housekeeping team — Mahendra, Ansel, Kishor, Deepak, Hemant, and Award — who cleaned my room every day without fail. They were always respectful, friendly, and had a smile on their faces. The front desk staff were equally fantastic, and the doorman was always full of happy vibes. Great work, everyone — you made my stay truly memorable!

Review is based on a three-week stay at this hotel. Pros: *The hotel is conveniently located just three doors down from Dentzz Dental. *Sanchit, the doorman and bellman, consistently welcoming and takes time to inquire about your day and address questions. *The housekeeping team is friendly and responds promptly to requests. Although, we're still not sure why it takes 3-4 people to deliver a towel and bottle of water. *The on-site restaurant, Zante, offers excellent dining options. While not officially part of the hotel, it can be accessed directly through the lobby. Cons: *Cleanliness: During our inspection of the hotel mattresses and linens, we found visible bodily fluid stains and dirt on my mattress pad and my friend's. I documented the condition with photos and reported it to the front desk manager who stated he needed to check with the owner first. The owner arrived as we were talking and instructed staff to address the issue. It was unclear why there was initial hesitation about cleaning obvious filth. *Mold was present in the bathrooms of our first-floor rooms. Even after cleaning with Lysol, the odor persisted and permeated our belongings requiring thorough disinfection upon returning home. *Small insects observed on the bathroom counter in a friend's room after housekeeping replaced a lightbulb. She purchased eucalyptus oil to address the issue. Boutique Bawa Suites Hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay but work is needed. Stay but be cautious

The added taxes on check out were deceitful and excessive. Do not stay there. It is an absolute rip off

Our first night wasn’t as good as we expected as the bed was very low. Next morning we asked if we could change and the manager was extremely helpful to change our room. Everyone was very helpful to make the changes.

I had a good stay here. The room was large and overall it was a good experience. There is a lot of construction noise/work nearby, but I had ear plugs and it ended up being ok. A few little leaks in the bathroom, otherwise things were very good for my short stay before I had to go the airport. Helpful staff as well!

Grrst hotel and value for money

I had 2 three week stays here for dental work. The staff were wonderful. I have to mention a special Thankyou to Sanchit ( front door) who helped me with everything and I would have been a complete mess without him. Samson in the dining room who understood exactly what I could and couldn’t eat during my treatment- invaluable. If I ever need to return I will always stay here.

It is ok. hotel is average as far as the conditions of the room. needs update. service are very good.

This is a nice hotel with great potential. The rooms (in the back) are very nicely appointed and quiet compared to those in the front of the property. There is construction going about my. They don’t tell you upon check -in so you may get stuck with a room with a boarded up window that is still very noisy.

The hotel has lovely staff, great food in Q Cafe especiallt Sadaf who makes an amazing coffee, Samson and Oliver, as well as the staff for room service. The rooms are a good size and cleaned everyday by friendly house keeping staff who are proudd of their work. There are rennovations being done at moment but will be finished soon, which will include a lovely new cafe restaurant, and sitting out area. Front desk staff so helpful and will assist with anything you need or with directions.

Convenient location

No indication given of renovations being done. Had to listen to constant jack hammering and grinding.

Although there was renovations happening whilst I was staying here, the staff are all exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Sherin on front reception is a major asset to the business! Such a kind welcoming face to the business. The wifi was a bit off and on due to the renovations ( Which we all need to understand, motels , hotels & boutiques need to be upgraded.

I couldn't find anything to complain about the front office very, very good, very clean rooms and bathrooms, the breakfast very, good selection very neat and clean and the room rate was good no evening dinning but room service is available the service staff great the room service food selection, quality(taste)and pricing was excellent. I am going again in December I will definitely be staying at this establishment. I was at this hotel for my dental implants please keep this standard

Mine was a short 8 hour stay to do some shopping staying close to International Airport. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Good toiletries were provided. There is an axcellent coffee shop within the hotel.

We arrived & all was better than we expected room was large & clean shower & toilet big enough, cupboard & draw space for our long stay was good staff were very welcoming & the service from housekeeping to room service was good would recommend any one to stay there

Comfortable stay. The in-room dining service could be refreshed. Too much on Indian flair. Western breakfast is recommended. Stop putting Chilies/Spices into everything including tea.
