Overall we had a wonderful experience. Despite a busy weekend, the staff were extremely supportive and dealt with all our requests being a family of 4. Thank you all for your support.

We’re made wait for an hour for check in

Spotless room, prompt turn down service and excellent staff from the security, to door staff, porter, reception, bar, breakfast and cleaners. Couldn't have been more helpful and professional.

I will never go back to this place again. The front desk managers are rude and every thing is inconvenient. I arrived at 11pm and all i wanted was dinner but the hotel does not have physical menus. There were issues with the qr code and no one had any solutuons besides to ask me what did i want without providing options. I was not allowed to charge my spa to my room because they said i paid in advance, which made no sense. I requested late check out at 1pm due to having work late and i was awaken by housekeeping at 10am to clean the room even though i was checking out. The manager at the front had no solution or reason or explanation about why the housekeepers didnt know the rooms that were late checkout and only offered a sarcastic remark about recommending me put the DND sign up. The issue was there was not one even in the room. The room i stayed in had hair on the table, hair in the tub, hair on the toilet seat, hair on the bed. It was as if they just went in and sprinkled hair all over the place. There is a slight hint of mildew smell as well throughout the hotel. If you are a traveler i highly recommend staying away from this place. The only semi saving grace is their wonder beverage and food manager Abhi.

I travel to Bangalore with business 4 times a year. I've stayed at many of the other go to hotels in the area and this Hilton always comes out trumps for its modern style, nice staff, clean conditions and good WiFi. 👍

Everything was excelent on our stay. We really appreciate the people there and especially Selvi, Kamal and Sophia. One suggestion I would have is about the AC, which had a very heavy air and weird smell. Maybe this is because there is no vent in the bathroom.

A neat property. I got a suite for my family and it was worth. Food was really good! If I am visiting Bangalore again, I might stay their again!

This was my third stay at the Embassy Golflinks and each time I am impressed with the staff. They are kind, helpful and proactive. I know that I will always be taken care of when I stay and strongly recommend this hotel to others. Great place for traveling business professionals. Good food options, easily coordinated transportation and office set up in the room.

Room Services were so so terribly delayed for no reason. In room dining calls were not answered 90% of the times. At some point of time, was wondering if actually, am staying in a Hilton brand !!

Service with a smile

Property is good. Just wanted to record a specific incident. I went to the bar/ restaurant on one evening and ordered a kingfish beer. The guy who was attending told me the KF beer is out of stock as it is a fast moving item. I asked three times as I could see couple of KF bottles inside the glass showcase and it’s quite visible. Anyway, as he denied I ordered other brand and just moved little away from the counter. Our man immediately calls the counter boy and asked him to remove those KF bottle from that visible place to inside the cover. Very surprising behavior and not expected from Hilton at all. This is my third visit to this place and would definitely think twice before my next booking. Thanks
