Our experience at this resort was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The personal service throughout our stay was exceptional — every team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. A special highlight was the butler service, which added a truly luxurious touch to our vacation. Attentive, discreet, and always one step ahead of our needs — our butler (Mr. Dewa) made everything effortless and enjoyable. The resort itself is immaculately maintained. Every area, from the rooms to the poolside and restaurants, was spotless. Cleanliness clearly has the highest priority here, and it did not go unnoticed. We left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service in a pristine, elegant setting.

Beautifull resort, amazing ocean view, spacious villa, every night a surprise in your room,24H breakfast, sangkar restaurant AMAZING! Kidsclub fantastic, complimentary kids and adult activities. Mansion amazing service and complimentary bites. But With GREAT thanks to our butler Parma and his team. They took care of every detail during our stay. We felt truly special, and our daughter was cherished and spoiled with the most beautiful gifts. We are deeply grateful to them. We extended our stay and will definitely return! Very good food and service. The only big disappointment: the funicular wasn’t working, so we were unable to go down to the beach and to the seafood restaurant down there. And we were only informed about it a few days before checking in, while we were already in Indonesia.

The Bulgari is an amazing property. The views of the Indian Ocean are unmatched and the decent down to the private beach club is worth the price of admission to experience. While we were disappointed that the pool bar was under renovation construction during our stay with the disruptive noise occurring in the heart of the property amenity area, we did appreciate the complimentary room upgrade and very late checkout. We recommend calling the hotel to make sure no construction is scheduled to occur during a stay. The hotel is totally overpriced for Bali, but we had to see and experience it at least once!

Absolutely stunning property and cliff front villas, with the Bali hospitality you come to expect but more so. One of if not the most beautifully appointed 5 star resorts I have stayed at.

The Bulgari is an amazing property. The views of the Indian Ocean are unmatched and the decent down to the private beach club is worth the price of admission to experience. While we were disappointed that the pool bar was under renovation construction during our stay with the disruptive noise occurring in the heart of the property amenity area, we did appreciate the complimentary room upgrade and very late checkout. We recommend calling the hotel to make sure no construction is scheduled to occur during a stay. The hotel is totally overpriced for Bali, but we had to see and experience it at least once!

Our stay at Bulgari Bali was amazing. Their service is impeccable. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The location and views are breathtaking. The beach is a little long journey down around 100 stairs in addition to an elevator however it’s worth it

If you are looking for the best resort in Bali then look no further, this is the place. The grounds are stunning, the views are incredible, the staff is amazing in every way and the spa is off the charts. This is the place to stay, it's a 10/10! Splurge for the Ocean Cliff Villas, they have the most incredible view you will ever see.
